The pool was not in service

The location was great- only 5 minutes from the colleges and 15 min. from the downtown area.

The hotel appears to be mid-update, so was missing wall trim and had no furnishings in the lobby- a little creepy to walk into late at night when we arrived. Breakfast was a little sad- bagels were very stale and hot food was gone an hour before breakfast was set to end. Pool was closed due to more remodeling, but that wasn't disclosed until our arrival.

NO smoke detector just bare wires hanging down did report to Desk staff he looked shocked 😳 bathroom mirror had a name WOOLCY written across it when it got steamy after taking a shower 🤔so obviously they don’t clean the mirror every time. NO stopper in sink or tub 🙄 Breakfast NO COFFEE @ 9:00am and I think the Desk staff was the breakfast staff also 🤨🙄🤔 Waffle great ❤️… husband had eggs & sausage… husband said it was okay 🤨 was quiet 🤫 bed firmer than we are used too … would not stay again just seemed like they weren’t totally together not as professional as it should be 😌

Location and size of the rooms.

Breakfast was just ok bacon was razor thin eggs very dry. Ac in room was very loud the TV and fridge were unplugged when we got there and TV wouldn't turn on with remote . Water pressure in shower piss poor.

Everything but the front desk clerk he needs to be more professional.

it was close to everywhere we went

the sheets and towels were dirty, no one ever came to turn down our room or take our towels.

Onsite staff verified pool was open prior to completing reservation. Indoor pool closed next day on arrival. Out of amenities (toothbrush). Shannon (onsite staff) invited us to “go to another property” telling us “it’s not too late, you have not signed in yet.” If it was not 10:00 pm, with two small children, I would have left.

The location is great. it is close to restaurants and gas stations.

The first room we were in had bed bugs. The staff put us in another room that was bed bug free; however, there were items in the room is disrepair.

kind of close to everything. not walking distance but only 2/3 min drive.

Over priced. construction everywhere. breakfast was horrible. staff was rude. literally waited 15 minutes just to check in. room was beat down. door was broken. shower was a mess. sheets were ripped.

very awkward to get in to. they are currently renovating so it wasn’t well put together. and there were pretty large gaps under all the room doors.

Rooms were spacious. Had a variety of breakfast options.

Water pressure from shower was low. Tub had rust in it.

Short on towels when asked just gave us a wash cloth, said they had no more. Mold and rust in bath Carpets dirty

I booked this hotel so the grandkids to swim and the indoor pool was closed.

I've stayed at comfort inns for decades-- this is by far the filthiest, most disgusting property I've ever stayed at. there was just covering the bottom of the tub, and I called the front clerk to see if she could move me and she hung up on me. I thought it might be a mistake so I called again and asked again about the possibility to move and she told me to “put a bathmat” in it, and then she hung up on me again. the halls have graffiti, the doors have no numbers on them because of “remodeling”, and the halls have tape and float drywall all over with more graffiti. the lobby has no furniture. shocking to be charged full/rack rate during an obvious extensive remodel that they did not disclose either on the website or when I called to confirm my reservation. this is homecoming weekend at a nearby university (the reason we are in town) and I literally have to stay here due to having already prepaid on booking, and lack of other rooms in town this weekend.

The staff member switched our room when we complained about the mildew smell.

The hotel is being remodeled. White walls, mildew smell is strong!!. Looks like a warehouse. No Cokes available. Had to drive a few miles down the road to get one. Odd, small pillows. Just very uninviting and creepy. We slept okay, but I would have left and gone to another of many nearby hotels if my daughter had not been so tired.
