The facilities were good, rooms were clean for the most part, breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were nice & accommodating. Easy check in and check out. The starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was our favorite part of the stay.

We got connecting rooms and our king room had a really gross dog pee/ moldy smell that we couldn’t get rid of or air out. I kind of expected this since it was a pet friendly hotel but with an extra $25 pet fee I expected it to be cleaner. The rooms were old and dingy, the entire inn could definitely use an update.

Desk clerk did ok with room location for mobility convenience...but... Breakfast attendant corteus and helpful.

Commode ok for a 5 year old. Too low for adults, especially Senior Citizens with mobility concerns. Paid $25 pet fee, but did not receive requested handicap room because of pet.....whaaattt?

We liked the location, and the room was very comfortable. They disclosed the deposit and the gentleman was very professional at the desk.

The furnishings in our room were very old and a little damaged.

The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you. I work in travel medicine, and the facility is quiet and clean. I work nights and have no issue with noise or sleeping during the day.

The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great and much better than what is normally offered on the road. The free Starbucks coffee machine is a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing really

Facility is extremely old. 3 or 4 decades ago I'm sure it was very nice but in very run down condition and a very high price now for the quality. Out side windows broken with tape holding them. Towels filthy, front exterior is run down and looks abandoned at first site. There is a reason there is very limited pics in the Booking ad. And the one that is is black and white. From the pictures posted it looks like a nice facility but the reality is not so. Biggest disappointed I have had through Booking. Location is good but that being said there is much better options right in the same location. I've paid much less for much better.

The facilities were very old. There were no customers there. For some reason I did not feel comfortable. We didn't stay even after very good ratings.

Facility can be updated concerning plug in areas for computer and cell phone.. No easy place to charge anything
