Breakfast was great ,pool was nice, staff and location was good. The inn is being remodeled so comments on cleanliness are not fair.
The remodel but that is not the Inns fault they are working on making it better

Older hotel but very clean and excellent customer service. Starbucks coffee machine in th lobby. Delicious chai latte!

breakfast was great! Clerk made the omelets while we waited, This was the highlight of the hotel. The hotel had a smell that permeated throughout.
The room was somewhat clean but very very dated.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and they had Starbucks coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby. It was also quiet. They offered free breakfast.
It could use a little updating.

The receptionist at the desk was very helpful and went beyond his duty to help out this very road weary and discombobulated traveler. I give him 100 stars. There is a restaurant next door with good food and prices. Nice lounging area at the pool. I definitely recommend this facility in Adilene.

The facilities were good, rooms were clean for the most part, breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were nice & accommodating. Easy check in and check out. The starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was our favorite part of the stay.
We got connecting rooms and our king room had a really gross dog pee/ moldy smell that we couldn’t get rid of or air out. I kind of expected this since it was a pet friendly hotel but with an extra $25 pet fee I expected it to be cleaner. The rooms were old and dingy, the entire inn could definitely use an update.

Desk clerk did ok with room location for mobility convenience...but...
Breakfast attendant corteus and helpful.
Commode ok for a 5 year old. Too low for adults, especially Senior Citizens with mobility concerns.
Paid $25 pet fee, but did not receive requested handicap room because of pet.....whaaattt?

the place was clean and the staff very nice and the price was very good
the carpet in the hallways was hard on eyes and no USB ports in rooms and not enough plug-in outlets

We liked the location, and the room was very comfortable. They disclosed the deposit and the gentleman was very professional at the desk.
The furnishings in our room were very old and a little damaged.

The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you. I work in travel medicine, and the facility is quiet and clean. I work nights and have no issue with noise or sleeping during the day.

The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great and much better than what is normally offered on the road. The free Starbucks coffee machine is a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing really
Facility is extremely old. 3 or 4 decades ago I'm sure it was very nice but in very run down condition and a very high price now for the quality. Out side windows broken with tape holding them. Towels filthy, front exterior is run down and looks abandoned at first site. There is a reason there is very limited pics in the Booking ad. And the one that is is black and white. From the pictures posted it looks like a nice facility but the reality is not so. Biggest disappointed I have had through Booking. Location is good but that being said there is much better options right in the same location.
I've paid much less for much better.

Check in was smooth
The facilities were very old. There were no customers there. For some reason I did not feel comfortable. We didn't stay even after very good ratings.

An older facility, you can tell they are doing upgrades. The breakfast was better than expected. Higher quality than typical. Even had a cook to make an omelet, eggs, pancake, or hash browns to order
Very comfortable quiet room.
Can’t beat the value for an overnight on a road trip.
Very friendly helpful staff.
Some of the furniture is obviously well worn.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds perfect but what amazed us was the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was like customer service of the 80s. Overall well worth it
