Perfect little place! Close to beach and village. Plenty of room for 3-4 people with all the amenities you need to start. Pool is a bonus and nicely heated. Host was very attentive.

Location was great. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and good beds.
Furniture in living room was wicker. Very dated,dirty cushions and not comfortable to sit in at all. Bathrooms sinks had bad water
pressure but the showers worked good. The dryer didn’t work so unable to do laundry.

Loved the place once we got acclimated to everything. We were confused with the faucets in the showers- have to pull them out and turn!! The place was really clean, beds super comfy, tons of space. Would suggest getting a keurig or provide coffee filters for the existing coffee maker. Perfect location for walking everywhere for shopping, eating, and the beach and the grocery store is right across the street. First time in siesta key and will definitely come back and definitely would stay at this place again. The pool is great and appreciated that beach gear was provided.

Excellent location. Very clean with, for the most part, a fully stocked kitchen. Restaurants and shops around the corner. A short walk to the beach and property provides beach/pool towels, a wagon, chairs, small cooler. Grill in pool area. Would recommend property.

While it lacked a little coziness, the property was as advertised. The pool was perfect. The location was right off the main Siesta Village thoroughfare.

Overall the property was nice. Excellent location! Walking distance to beach and village. First place I have stayed that provided a small supply of starter items…very nice. The kitchen was over stocked with anything you need cooking. Downfalls….the mattress in the guest room was very soft and uncomfortable for our liking. Second, you can hear everything from your neighbors above you. Walking, talking, music, toilet flushing. It was very loud and distracting at times. Also, our patio is right next to the pool and our neighbors sat their chairs right next to it and played loud music starting at 9:00AM. If you like your privacy or peace and quiet this may not be the place for you.

Great property and relaxing last minute getaway for Thanksgiving week. Condo had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV in main bedroom did not work and was not up on a table high enough to see once you laid down in bed. Everything else was great and would come back again.

Great Vacation
Very nice rental. Great location. Just blocks from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and of course the beach. The pool was well maintained and we used it often. We really liked this rental.

Would stay again!
Property was as described and was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be closer to restaurants and shopping than the beach and this property was perfect. We were about a minute walk to all the great restaurants and the beach was about 5-6 minutes. The only thing we didn't like were the noisy upper level neighbors, luckily they were only there for a part of our stay.

Great location, clean & safe, all the amenities you need
They've thought of everything here. The pool and outdoor entertaining area is incredible, convenient parking, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, full kitchen, etc. Another very nice touch is the beach equipment: chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler. The location can't be beat - right in the heart of Siesta Key Village, but still quiet and private. We would gladly stay here again!

Amazing location!
This place was great! Matt, the property manager was great with communication. The condo was clean!! All was great. If I had to give anything negative I would say that they may want to consider buying new mattresses. But other then that was an amazing stay!!

Great apartment in a perfect location!
This was a perfect apartment to soak in a little sunshine in the middle of Siesta Key Village! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal for my husband and I with our 9 month old and our friend with her fur baby. We used the amazing heated pool and barbecue every day and headed off to the pristine beach 5 minutes walk away. The towels and beach gear including the wagon really came in handy! Although we didn’t go into the town that much because of COVID, all of the amenities of Siesta Key Village are a 30 second walk away at the end of the street.

Very Nice property, awesome location for us, loved being close to the market across the street and close to the village. short walk to the beach was perfect for us. Most of our stay we had the yard/pool area to ourselves which was great. Very clean unit. Would recommend!
