Very comfortable and well equipped in a quiet location handy for shops and cliff walk into town. Good parking. Wifi worked well and good tv/dvd. Kitchen cooking facility excellent.

Great communication with Amy. Two good bedrooms and a comfortable fold down in the lounge. Short walk to the harbour. Excellent heating made it very cozy despite it being very cold outside. Parking on site, plus plenty of on street parking for a second car. Milk and treats on arrival! We did not cook, but all facilities were there.

Host clearly values guests and provides a fantastic, comfortable flat. Small details put this place over the top: milk in the fridge for tea after a long drive, Netflix account logged in, soap for washing machine! We will book here again next year

Slight odour in the front foyer was the only negative however that could have been my daughters shoes :)

All on one level for less able people however very modern style to suit all ages Clean tidy all amenities, added bonus of private enclosed outdoor space Very quiet but safe feeling area. Close to shops / fish and chips one way and railway and town the other

lovely stay, the apartment was clean and very comfortable with plenty of instructions left for the facilities. It was our second stay and we are looking forward to booking again. The welcoming chocolates were very nice and the children loved to play in the large patio.

Great property, well-appointed, everything you need for a holiday let, private parking at the rear and town just a few minutes away.

A perfect place to stay. The flat had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture etc plus thoughtful touches that added to our overall experience (milk, biscuits etc) Netflix on TV was a bonus!! Communication with Amy, the owner, was very good. Overall a lovely experience and we plan to stay again.

Excellent facilities (light, airy rooms which are newly furnished to a high standard). A beautiful apartment. Owner supportive, willing to please and responsive to communications.

We have enjoyed staying at Wristland Court. The place was cleaned and we had everything that we needed. Our little one was happy to see the toys left for her to play. Thank you Amy.

The property was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable & excellent location, quiet but only 5 minute walk to the marina. Lovely walk along the old mineral line to Washford & up to Blue Anchor. Although we didnt meet Amy she kept in touch via email to make sure we were ok. Fish & chips from Andrew's Fish Bar just around the corner were excellent, located next to the Co-Op & Spar. Cant praise Amy enough, well done

Little bit noisy when flat above was occupied

Everything from the interaction with the owner Amy to the comfort of the property and the locality. Close to a great fish and chip shop and 2 supermarkets . Good to have cleaning materials provided as well as a few toiletries, a pint of milk and some chocolate brownies. The beds were really comfortable and everything spotless .Also great to have a secure garden for the children to play in.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the coast and small town of Watchet, with plenty of eateries and coffee shops. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed, The little extras were a lovely touch. We would highly recommend a stay here.

It was very clean and light and airy. New kitchen and bathroom too. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were welcome items upon arrival. Amy has made this property very comfortable and welcoming and we spent a lovely couple of nights here visiting family

Clean, well decorated with everything our family needed for a couple of nights away. Newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom are lovely with easy parking. Our host was helpful and information pack for local area was brilliant . Will recommend to others .
