Great access for people like me who work later or start earlier

I loved everything, it was great. The only one useful thing but be a coat peg for coats etc

Warm clean and easy to reach.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the bed hard, the fridge in the room was noisy and kept us awake most of the night. I banged my head on the shelf to the right of the bathroom door.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Park right outside the door. Fully equipped TV. Microwave. Toaster. Fridge. Kettle.

Would be nice if there was somewhere to hang my suit /Wife's Dress etc.

Compact room, nicely decorate that paid attention to detail. Ideal if you want it to be just somewhere to sleep as you your around the area Excellent places of interest information

Not easy to eat(breakfast) in room - a bit crammed for space - but we made it work as trays were a provided One improvement… a long mirror near the chest of draws would be useful.

My one night stay was great it's the first time I've used the Den Very comfy & clean

Breakfast choices were very good. Location was easy to find and explained well.

The mattress was too hard for me.

The Den at Pinchbeck was ideally situated as my husband and I were visiting friends who live only five minutes away from the property. There are plenty of lovely places to visit as well as many pubs and restaurants with varying price ranges, suiting all pockets, situated conveniently. The accommodation was perfect. It was spotlessly clean. The fridge, microwave & toaster were welcome additions to the standard kettle. As well as the usual beverages & milk, our host left bread, butter, jam, marmalade and a good selection of breakfast cereals for us to enjoy a “continental” breakfast. The decor was modern & attractive. The bedding & towels were of a good quality and there was plenty of information regarding the accommodation and local amenities. I commend our host for her attention to detail and I will certainly stay at the Den in the future and also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Heather.

After being let done by another booking 2 hours before was due to arrive. Made this booking while traveling down there, and it was brilliant. Communication was amazing, bed comfy, facilities was great, spotless clean, breakfast perfect,needed an iron and no problem provided within a minute. thoughtful self made information on local.walks etc.

Nothing it was perfect

Converted home ajoining garage. Booked for my parents in law to visit. Heather went above and beyond to make sure they loved their stay. Nothing was too much! Location is quiet on a village cul-de-sac. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The property was very clean and cosy. The decor was warm, and the amenities needed for a night away were all included. The host welcomed us very warmly on arrival, and we were comfy and well looked after. Linen and towels were fresh on arrival, TV was great and there was even an “dot” for music, alarms, etc.

Although a very thoughtful touch for easiness of a hot drink, next time, we would turn the one-cup kettle off. It went off several times in the night, and woke one of us up. Also, for an overnight stay, only shower gel was supplied with no other shower items (shampoo, etc).

Room was as described, lovely stay. Slightly on the smaller side but has everything you need for your stay. Good quality finish to the room Simple breakfast to set you up for the day.
