We were disappointed that the first day there was no yoghurt or berries left even though there was still over an hour of service to go. There were also no mushrooms and they ran out of butter. We did ask but was told was no more. There was more the next day?

Stayed in the disable room which was not my choice but only single bedroom available when we arrived even after phoning in advance and being told they could change the booking

We stay in a LOT of hotels for work and I can honestly say that the staff here (all of them) were nothing short of exceptional .. always very happy to help and always so polite and accommodating even when clearly very busy.

The staff were all really helpful, we couldn’t believe that they came into the room to service it on Christmas Day. We really didn’t expect to come back to clean towels and additional tea/coffee, it was very appreciated. Very clean and comfortable.

Evening meals. Staff were great.

The accessible room was awful. There was no plug in the sink. No shelving for bathroom requirements (soap, deodorant, etc.) The flooring was slippery when wet and totally wrong for bathroom purposes. I was holding a grab rail when my right foot skidded out from under me. I'd stopped myself from falling but someone else might not be so lucky.
