the only thing we liked in this property was the location since ut's beside Ayala Mall Serin.

the stay was really disappointing. We paid almost 6.5k for this condo and the only thing good about this play is its location since it's beside ayala mall serin. first, they didn't even provide us ANY toiletries; no tissues, toothbrush, shampoos, soaps etc. they provided us with slippers but they were DIRTY. They didn't even bother replacing the sponge in the sink. They were used and old, we didn't even try touching it. There were no free coffee, water etc. The only thing you will get from your 6.5k is just the unit itself. disappointing. There were things left in the cupboards that were quite unsanitary specially since we're in a pandemic. There were unfinished soy sauce pouches, chilis, oil, etc. The cabinet was LOCKED so we don't know where to put our clothes for three days. Their tv was malfunctioning, even changing the channel was difficult for us and it was glitching every minute. The remote control can't be used properly so we had to manually use the buttons at the side of the tv. Not just that, we were also not provided staff assistance such as cleaning. They even expect as to clean after ourselves by telling us where to put our trash. Also, there were also hidden charges after booking. We were charged 350 per night for their parking. The sofa bed has no bedsheet and blanket so we couldn't use the sofa bed properly. The window doesn't have filter for sunlight, a dark curtain would suffice since having only white blinds hurt our eyes. The doormats even dirty, they were dusty and sandy. completely unhygienic. Also, there were ridiculous guidelines given to us such as: if you have an infant who is a month old, they will be considered adult???? are you serious? every move is charged, early check-in, late check-in, early check-out, late check-out is charged. if you sign out their netflix account, you'll be charged 500?!
