Location is amazingly good, strategically located at Bukit Bintang prime area. Nearby public transport (LRT, MRT, Monorail) and shopping malls.

1. early check in need to pay RM10 per hour even thought room is available (what is the point asking us when to check in? Website NO mention need to pay extra if check in advance, deeply disappointed. 2. if using credit card, need to pay extra !!!! what a shocking experience, 1st time in my life to check in and make payment by credit card need to pay extra, unbelievable shocking. 3. TV in room is not functioning 4. no window in the room 5. need to pay extra RM10 ( I am Malaysian, in website clearly mentioned RM10 for foreigners, those with NRIC no need to pay, but counter/receptionist insist me to pay RM10), very unhappy on this experience. 6. room smell kind of stuffy, probably without window for air circulation. 7. bedsheet are not that clean, got stain that cannot be washed.

I have good experience staying at this hotel because it was located at the heart of Bukit Bintang where most of the tourist attractions was just a walking distance. Very easy for me to go anywhere. I need to give deposit of RM 50 upon checking in but it was given back during my check out so it was okay. The staff also very helpful giving me mineral water and towel right away when I asked. Overall is averagely good value for money... price is not too cheap also not too expensive for a Queen Bed room. Will come here again in the future.

Great place to sleep and the room rate is quite cheap for travellers. It's my second time staying here with my partner for vacation... Staffs are kind and respectful. We can see the city view from our room and many things happening around in the night. Overall is good hotel in the area for a short stay.

Room I got was too small for family. Toilet clean but smelly, maybe they didn’t use any suitable cleaner to clean the bowl. No space to place luggage for 3 persons.

The location is good, located in Bulit Bintang

The hotel sound proof is worst. Especially when down there people is singing, we can hear clearly from our room and unable to sleep until midnight 1am. The hotel washroom water pressure is very very low.

Only Location is good

The room was very dirty. The wall has stains of Cough. The room had mosquitoes. The was room was dirty and basin was not fixed. Air cooler was not cooling appropriately and outside noise was severe that we could not sleep.

There was a big cockroach in the room and the room smells fishy. The foreign staff was quite rude but the older uncle was polite.
