Überraschend schönes und funktionelles Zimmer. Sehr gross, tolle Aussicht, sehr modern eingerichtet. Rooftopbar ist sehr schön, umfangreiche Snack- und Getränke Karte und cooles Pool.

In der Rooftopbar läuft sehr lange sehr laute Musik, die in der 4. Etage sehr gut hörbar war. Wir haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Im Bad/WC war der Seifenspender leer und es hatte keine Ersatz-WC-Rolle. Kleinigkeiten, aber unter gewissen Umständen unangenehm....😏

In one night i didnt find

The breakfast buffet was just the right amount of food. It was an international breakfast buffet which catered to all palates. The croissants were excellent and they even gave us some indian wadas and thosai which was not in the buffet.Overall we all enjoyed the buffet very much and the staff was kind enough to let me take some food to the room as the kids didn't eat much. The location was convenient and so close to the beach. The beach is clean and safe to swim. Th staff was friendly and accommodating.

However it would be great if the order in which the food was kept complimented. For example the fish curry should have been near the hopper station and so on. It was a pity that the nearby drains were clogged and the stench was bad, which even wafted indoors, specially in the lobbies of each floor. The TV remote covers were falling apart and the selection of channels was not good, especially for older kids. The AC's in both rooms needed to be checked by a technician which took quite some time and it wasn't very pleasant. In one of the rooms the floor was sticky and had to get room cleaning to come and mop the whole room, also we found a pair of pants in one of the dressers, which again was displeasing. More attention to detail has to be paid about cleanliness both inside and outside of the hotel. The extra bed which was requested was not in the room which took more time to arrive. Overall even though the check in was fast , they had not preparation was not overlooked in detail, which cost us about 1.5 hours of our short one day stay.

Es un pequeño hotel con un rooftop piscina y un cocktail bar . Las vistas son inmejorables. El desayuno estupendo. Todos los empleados son amables y atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Le rooftop est incontestablement le point fort de cet hôtel. La piscine à débordement est superbe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous avons eu un petit souci dans la chambre et le personnel a tout de suite réagi. Ils organisent les navettes pour partir à l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel bevor es für uns zurück nach Deutschland ging. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr gut. Sehr geräumige und schöne & saubere Zimmer. Jeden Tag haben wir neue Handtücher für den Pool bekommen. Personal spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Hotel ist gut erreichbar und auch der Strand ist sehr schnell zu erreichen, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse mit Infinitiypool war traumhaft. Vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr windig und kein Schatten auf der Dachterrasse, aber so ist das nunmal auf dem Dach. Also halb so wild :)

Accueil et hôtel impersonnel. Petit déjeuner servi à partir de 7h seulement (trop tard pour se rendre à l aéroport).

Отель очень чистый и удобно расположенный от Аэропорта 15 минут ехать. Отличный бассейн на крыше с баром. В пешей доступности много разных кафе. В общем отличное завершение отпуска перед вылетом.

Fijn personeel! Mooi hotel, mooi zwembad met fijn uitzicht en de massage salon was echt fantastisch. De kamers waren schoon en het eten was erg lekker

Der traumhafte Anblick vom Hotelzimmer mit Balkon und natürlich vom Pool aus sind einfach herrlich. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und engagiert. Das Restaurant im Poolbereich serviert leckeres Essen.

Das Frühstück konnte qualitativ leider nicht überzeugen. Ich hätte mir mehr vegetarische Optionen auch beim Abendessen gewünscht.

We had the most amazing stay in the ocean suite for our honeymoon . The room was so beautiful and the staff made everything perfect. The room was the nicest room we’ve stayed in, the outside jacuzzi was incredible. The views from the room of the ocean are great. That together with the lovely food and rooftop pool and bar makes it one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at!

Die Lage und der internationale Standart (derleider nicht erfüllt wurde) waren gut.

In unserem Raum funktionierte der Wasserkocher nicht, das Extrabett war steinhart. Der Abfluss im Bad war defekt, Abwasser floss nicht ab. Ein Reperaturversuch durch das Personal erfolgte, blieb aber Erfolglos. Beim Frühstück wurde man vom Personal einfach ignoriert. Neues Besteck oder Kafee/Tee wurden nur Tamil-Gästen angeboten.

Nach Anreise war dies unser erstes Hotel und es war perfekt für den Start unserer Rundreise! Tolle Roof Top Bar und das Frühstück war sehr lecker!

Am Pool gab es, für die Anzahl der Gäste, sehr wenig Liegen. Zudem gab es keine Sonnenschirme, somit lag man komplett in der Sonne. Für den Pool also etwas schade!

I found their SPA employee being low qualified for the job. Very nice people, however I was not satisfied with the service.

Some of the staff, especially in the pool/bar area are unfriendly and rude to the guests. I think it was the bar manager who was the worst.

The hotel is just a minute from the beach. Modern hotel with very helpful excellent staff. Very good breakfast with variety of dishes. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Wije and the bar staff was friendly and made our experience their very special. We had a sea view room. Very clean and modern. The amazing view of sunset and and early morning sailing fishing boats were amazing. We would certainly come to this hotel again next time when we are in Sri Lanka. The staff were always at hand to help us.

We had couple of minor issues but after we explained the management promptly took the steps put them right. We really appreciated their active response.

Es un pequeño hotel en primera línea de playa. El servicio es excelente. Todos los empleados se esfuerzan para que el huésped tenga una estancia agradable. La piscina y el skybar con una bonita vista y puesta de sol. El desayuno es excelente. Me gustó muchísimo.

Das Zimmer "Ocean Suite" ist ein absoluter Traum mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Wir haben uns verliebt! Waren leider nur 2 Tage und wären gerne länger geblieben. Weihnachtsbuffet war auch unglaublich toll, lecker und absolut vielfältig. Infinity Pool toll. Bar und Getränke ebenfalls prima.

Frühstücksbuffet war leider garnicht gut. Nicht schön angerichtet. Alles leer gewesen (23.12. 8:30Uhr) Kaffee ziemlich dünn, aber gut Sri Lanka ist ja Land des Tees.☺️ Strand OK. Preise der Getränke etwas zu teuer

Выбрали этот отель из за их опции бесплатного раннего заезда и позднего выезда. В итоге утром на ресепшен в грубой форме были посланы на крышу подождать официальное время заезда. Запросила заранее поздний выезд( на сайте указано, что бесплатно) - отказали по причине полной загруженности и отсутствия свободных номеров на дату нашего выезда, но чудо произошло и свободной номер моментально нашелся, как только наши друзья предложили оплатить поздний выезд.

We only stayed here for the evening before flying out of Sri Lanka. The rooftop pool was lovely as were the rooms and facilities.

Не очень оперативная реакция персонала. По приезду заселили в номер, а в нем отсутствовали полотенца. Дважды звонила на ресепшен, полотенца принесли через час. Также заказывала трансфер из аэропорта, самолёт задержался на час, в итоге никто не встретил в аэропорту.

The hotel was really good they let us have our room early as we had booked the airport pick up with them .The room was comfortable.The pool was incredible.The beach was ok for a swim but no sun beds there.we hired a tuk tuk from the alleyway and did a trip round the churches and markets.good cafe at the end of the street.

Wij hadden een suit inclusief jacuzzi. Deze was jammer genoeg niet schoon waardoor wij er geen gebruik van wilde maken. Dit was teleurstellend. Wij vonden dat de kamer beter schoongemaakt had kunnen worden.
