wonderful location in a quiet setting. The welcome and hospitality of Markus and Babett couldn’t have been bettered. Lovely break in a family atmosphere where service is their absolute priority.
while attempting to avoid being pressured by this hi tech communication world everyone is sadly dependent on the WWW. It would helpful when booking flights, visas etc to have a more readily available Wifi across the whole site.

it is a travellers gem after touring the country. great cook too, enjoyed every evening. A plus for me the offering of fresh cold water for fillups in own bottles, avoids numerous one-time plastic bottles like in many stays.

The location was fantastic and the hospitality and hotel was brilliant value for money, a really nice chilled vibe and a two min walk to the beach. Very close to the airport and was the perfect place to start our stay.

The greenary in the guest house gives it a unique touch
It was not family friendly. A lot of bug inside and outside the bungalow. Mu kids got mosquito bites all over. There were many bugs and geckos inside the cabin. No hot water as well.

The gardens and surroundings were beautiful and Markus was a superb host. A great place to relax in, beautiful clean pool and right on the shoreline. Food also great!

It is a little paradise, where you can truly relax. The owner found a perfect balance between resort-like amenities and homestay atmosphere. Everything super clean and comfortable, good food in the restaurant, super friendly staff.
Not much of warm water under shower. Fortunately in this climate is not big issue.

Cozy bungalows, very calm location right next to the beach, beautiful garden with pool, very friendly staff, the owner Markus is very kind and helpful, excellent breakfast and dinner

10/10, would recommend! Spacious and comfortable huts set around a beautiful pool shaded by palm trees. Best-kept installations I have seen in Sri Lanka so far. Markus is an excellent host who goes the extra mile. Very friendly and chilled atmosphere that invites you to stay for weeks on end, as many do. Tasty, varied breakfast and spectacular dinners
After hot days, the A/C in our room took until the morning to get it cooled down substantially. But with the A/C and the fan on we still slept well.

It is a beautiful romantic complex with several small houses. You can see that a lot of attention has been paid to the grounds with lots of greenery and a fantastic swimming pool. The grounds were beautifully lit at night. The host was very friendly and the food fantastic! We stayed there only one night. The apartments are spacious and the bed was nice and soft.

We stayed at this hotel with our 17 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. The food is really good and the staff are lovely. We started our Sri Lanka adventure here after landing from a 10 hour flight and our first experience in this beautiful country couldn’t have been better!

Everyone was very welcoming, the food was very good, the pool and bungalows were very nice. I'd go again. Recommended.
