Our stay at the Cliff for 9 nights in November and loved every minute! The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff at the Cliff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and we swam every day. We have stayed on St. Martin a number of times and this by far is our favorite location. Cupecoy is beautiful and close to everything that you need- groceries, restaurants, airport, etc but at the same time the area is tranquil and peaceful. We will definitely return to the Cliff for a future vacation and highly recommend this unit/owner.

The restaurant's breathtaking oceanfront setting, perched atop a cliff, provided an unparalleled ambiance that perfectly complemented the delectable culinary offerings. Can’t wait to get back. PS the new pool is epic!!

Great place, great location, great service.

The location can’t be beat. It is a short walking distance to several grocery stores and several excellent restaurants. The beach may not be large, but it is lovely. And the infinity pool is spectacular. We enjoyed spending time there every day with use of a beach umbrella and chairs already available in the condo. You can see Saba Island directly across the water from the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the constant breeze and sound of the water. My husband enjoyed watching the planes and the cruise ships from our balcony - which is fully shaded. The condo, and the overall building, were immaculately clean for our entire stay. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The gym is very well equipped and beautifully air conditioned for any exercise routine. An additional bonus is an on-site restaurant and an option to order fresh made breads and pastries every day. We were immensely grateful that we found this little gem of a property for a last minute trip. Our only negative comment would be that the air conditioning in the condo is a little noisy, however, we were grateful to have functioning AC on those hot days. And, all of the appliances were is good working condition. Lastly, John the property manager was always very responsive to our enquiries.

We love staying at the cliff. Have not been there since the hurricane and they have made many improvements. The new pool is beautiful. The private beach is amazing and Jonathan left us four beach chairs, and umbrella. There are two king beds, and plenty of dishes and towels and sheets. There is now a grocery store across the street and many restaurants to walk to. The check in check out was non-eventful. And any questions we had were answered immediately by Stacey, concierge. I would highly recommend staying with Jonathan at the Cliff. Communication with Jonathan and Stacey was smooth and easy. We will return!

Even with some small problems, the management was promptly on any issues. John did a wonderful job in dealing with any of our problems. The property was amazing… the only issue was the pool wasn’t open but we were notified well in advance. My unit was spotless and beautifully appointed. The view is second to none. I’ve already looked at my calendar to hopefully book other couple of weeks in 2023. Thanks for the great experience.

We went all over the island and must say this is the nicest neighborhood, location, and place we saw. The beach is beautiful, clean, and within walking distance. Stacey, the staff, and the front desk were wonderful. Ty for a great stay.

The Cliff is truly a beachfront and luxury condo accommodation. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were impressed. The vibe was rich. The front desk personnel was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The unit was exactly as John advertised and I may dear say, it was even more spectacular. It was very clean and neat and had everything to make our stay complete. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a sand bucket and scoop and plenty of towels. My family is not easily pleased but this unit was one of a kind. Additionally, John went out of his way to provide us with a rollaway bed that we were able to place behind the couch which gave my son his own sleeping space. We were then able to use the couch (which had a pull-out bed) strictly for the family's TV time. Our flight got canceled just before we were ready to check out. I emailed John to let him know and he quickly responded to our need and allowed us the convenience of a late checkout. When I say he went above and beyond this was major. If you are looking for a super host, John is your man!

The place was quiet, very clean, with a full working kitchen, comfortable beds, and reliable Internet. One of us uses a wheelchair and the apartment’s open plan and wide doorways made it easy to maneuver around. John was a very responsive and helpful host. We hope to be back soon!

This was our second trip to Sint Maarten and the first time at The Cliffs. We were very impressed with the beauty of this complex and all the wonderful amenities. A gated condo community with a front desk that was always staffed and helpful. The grounds are well kept with several areas to sit and take in the views. Small beach area that you can bring your portable beach chairs down and set up. The water was beautiful with some waves but you can easily swim or snorkel from this area. Our condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Ocean balcony off of the living and dining room. Bedrooms had nice views of the bay and town. John was our contact and he was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We love staying in this area of the island. There are several restaurants and food markets minutes from the condo, some in walking distance. Plus, it is close to Marigot for a quick crepe breakfast and some shopping. Mullet Bay Beach is one of our favorites. The water is amazing and in the evening very peaceful for a sunset swim. Plus it is a quick walk from the condo! Would stay here again and recommend other to check it out.
