Well equipped, clean and comfortable. A walk to everything but not too far. A big thank you to our greeter Francisco and also to Mirtill for assisting us oldies in allowing us to stay the extra time needed for a very late flight.

Good communication from owner prior to arrival. Property very clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. Quiet location with sun on terrace all day but not too far to walk to shops and restaurants. Would book again if we visit Costa Teguise.

We had a lovely time at the apartment...perfect size for 3 people and great to have two bathrooms. The terrace was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The patio furniture does require an upgrade - it was broken and I injured myself on one of the loungers due to it being cracked. We didn’t receive any communication about leaving the property so this could be improved as part of the experience. Overall a restful stay and we enjoyed staying here.

We loved the peaceful location of the duplex which still had the advantage of an easy walk into town for shops, bars etc. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and al fresco meals. We didn’t need a car as the public transport is great. We would highly recommend this property and the communication from booking to being met at the door was spot on.

Lovely accommodation with everything you need, loved the terrace area for eating breakfast out & private sunbathing. Great walking area into town, hills or up the rugged coast or early morning run! Supermarket not far & fabulous resteraunts if required. Would reccommend visit to cacti garden. Just what we needed for 10 days chilling out & relaxing in November. Only fault we had no welcome or welcome information in accommodation which would be useful to find supermarket on arrival, an umbrella left in utillity room would be good & maybe upgrade patio furntiure. Thankyou for lovely stay.

We have just returned from a weeks stay and would certainly recommend the apartment. Located in a nice quiet urbanisation with shops,bars and restaurants a mere 10 min walk down the hill ( not too much of an incline ). The beachfront is a further 5 mins away and plenty eateries are there also. As we were first time visitors to Lanzarote we decided on an apartment rather than a hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to the amount of space inside and out. All appliances are in place to see you through a stay and are clean. Thank you very much Mirtill.

Just come back from 12 week stay, and looking forward to going back in December for another extended period. The house has everything you could need, and is very much home from home. The complex is very quiet and relaxing and not too far from bars, restaurants and the beach. The centre of town is a nice walk away, and taxis are readily available if you don't fancy the walk back !!

Ideal for us as a party of 4 mature adults.... 60 to 70. About 10 to 15 min stroll to cucharas beach. Bit of an issue with beach sunbeds at moment i.e. They are missing but hopefully that will sort itself out. We always hire car from Cabrera Medina who are great and it's easy to get round the island and explore. Accommodation well located and extremely well equipped. Sunday market at Teguise well worth s visit. We do it each time. Parking easy and free everywhere once you get to know your way around .

Met on arrival by Francesco, very nice welcome. Agree with majority of comments but would have liked to be a bit closer to the beach. Terrace is great well equipped, gets the sun all day but there's also always the shade too, best of both worlds. Sunbed covers are very tired n tatty and a small pack with instructions for washer, tv etc would be an advantage but they are very minor points and definitely would not stop me returning. My return flight was not until 8.45pm and as Mirtill didn't have guests arriving the same day she allowed me to stay until my taxi arrived for the airport.

We were a family of four my me, my husband two daughters aged 26/30. Francisco met us on arrival, explained all about property, local supermarket and beach. condo was amazing value for money, was clean and well equipped, it would take a week to fill the dishwasher.you could do a two week holiday with a weeks worth of clothes as you have a washing machine. patio area safe for small children and a good size. All the rooms are of a good size. AIR CON was a lifesaver. Beds were comfy. Nice size bathroom, daughter very impressed with the hair dryer. Condo is located in a quiet residential area but only ten min walk to nearest restaurants,can't give any recommendations, as we only ate in the Chinese, would defiantly recommend all you can eat for under 9euro food was very good. an extra 5 mins and your the centre of Costa Tequise, where you will find plenty of good places to eat. Would defiantly recommend this property, for families, couples of all ages.

We are 2 couples in 50s and 60s. Hired a car, and Francisco was waiting on the corner on our arrival. Perfect. Just double check you can use the appliances okay, as we had to drag Francisco out to help us with washing machine and dishwasher. He was with us 15 mins from our text for help.... We don't usually bother with dishwashers, but there is so much crockery etc, it meant we could fill it without feeling wasteful. Outside area is perfect as other reviewers have said. Good location for everything. As we travelled with the hand luggage only - the hairdryer, super duper power etc was a welcome addition. Agree with all other reviews, just trying to mention a couple of different things. Plenty of storage in bedrooms.... wifi worked without problem, perfect for planning days around the island. Would strongly recommend.

The house, in a quiet gated development, is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped - much better than other so-called self-catering accommodation we have used recently in Italy and elsewhere in Lanzarote. We were able to cook properly (and we like cooking) and it is great that it's like going to your own house, with a cupboard kept stocked by the owners and other visitors with essentials like tea and coffee, herbs and spices, cooking oil and so on. The terrace faces SSW or so, which is great both because it gets sun most of the day and faces away from the wind which in Lanzarote is a big deal. We were two adults most of the time and four for a week. WiFi worked all the time and TV/audio facilities were useful for the cool evenings. Very handy for the beach and for restaurants - although the nearest ones aren't up to much in our opinion, there are plenty more a few more minutes' walk away. Francisco met us and took us shopping as we hadn't hired a car right away - this was all very helpful. We have just got back and are booking again for next year.

Had an amazing time here. The apartment was so much better than the pictures show. Three over sixties. Ten minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a nice walk too. Lots of kitchen pots pans and crockery two of everything. The washing machine and dishwasher were an added bonus. The terrace for sunbathing and alfresco dining perfect. We would recommend this to young and old. You will not be disappointed.
