اعجبتني نظيفة وسعرها مقبول وقريبة من كل شي واللي زاد من جمال المكان موظف الاستقبال الاخ صالح كان نعم الرجل متعاون و مهذب و محظوظ المكان بوجود امثاله مواقف بدروم اغلب الاماكن الخدمية قريبة

the wi-fi is really weak almost non existent

The location of the property is near to my spouse's workplace which is neat and convenient. On top of that, Malls like Al Andalus and salam including Sulaimaniyah Plaza are a place to go to since travel time is quite short [exclusive of the traffic Jam]. lastly but definitely not the least, the accommodating and courteous manner of the receptionist is superb. He manages to let us to check-in early and gave a 1-hour grace period during check-out. The property is indeed clean and just before you actually stay, the receptionist will ask you to verify the room personally. there is also an in-house cafe [which I haven't tried during our stay].

Though the place is a short travel time to Malls, there is no restaurant on a walking distance from the property, however there is a small grocery store around 3 blocks from the property that can cater to your essential needs. Also I would like to mention as well that the Floor Drain on room don't really drain the water out properly [which I later found out during the stay]. For extra body towels and foot towels, it's preferable to request from the receptionist upon check-in as they only provide for one person only including the room slippers. For the amenities like the kitchenette, frankly speaking, it is lacking in cooking utensils such as cooking pot/frying pan, knife and dining cutleries such as bowl. though it has a small plate enough to use on.

Receptionist who called me at home earlier & kept room for me even high demands of room by other people.

Strong Perfume smell coming from bed and pillow( very strong detergent smell),could not sleep whole night bec of that strong smell.
