The staff were responsive to my issues

We were hugely mis-sold on this property. it was not at all what we expected for the price we paid. we were paying for a luxury stay and this was not at all luxury. the photos they have on the site and what we were led to believe we were getting were nothing like what we actually got in our apartment. it was massively over priced for something which looked shabby. missing blinds, old broken cabinets stored in the wardrobes, curtains falling down, wonky light fittings etc. we were so disappointed as we had booked thinking we were going to have a really lovely stay. the bedrooms looked not much better than someone's basic spare room. a few scatter cushions do not make for a luxury apartment! we requested money back which we were given.

Poorly maintained, dining chair leg wobbly, only a single teaspoon, windows locked open but no window key available. No bowl or plug for kitchen sink

everything was perfect, clean great location amazing staff and beds were super comfortable best couple of nights sleep away.

Excellent location, close to High Street and public transport. Very communicative team, who created a WhatsApp group prior to my arrival, and was prompt in their responses and very professional. Highly recommend!

there were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies kept...no indication as where buttons are to start the heating in the bathroom.

the place was clean

Nice apartment, good location and a fantastic view over the river. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it for relaxing and enjoying Sheffield city visitors.

Easy access to town centre, easy check in and check out, lots of parking close by (paid), lots of light and pretty nice views. Lovely attentive host.

A couple of small touches to make it a little more comfortable for those who take the "self catering, home away from home" would be nice. Eg. Side table, few more cooking utensils. Would still recommend though and will probably be back. Had a good stay

The cleaning ladies/ staff were professional, helpful friendly and enhanced the wounderful experience of our much needed break XXX

Think perhaps just needed a spare toilet roll as it ran out due to only abit left on the previous one xxx

Was very clean had everything we needed

The apartment was stylish and perfect for a girly catch up. Walking distance to the town centre and the beds were so comfortable. Underground parking and great hosts!
