The whole hotel complex was really nice, with helpful staff, plenty of breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was clean and we had all the needed toiletries. The view from the balcony was lovely overlooking to the beach and the pools. The spa area and the gym were well equipped and clean. Free parking made it easy to arrive by rented car.

Hotel duży i ładny.

Śniadania i kolacje monotonne. Finalnie kilka razy byliśmy na śniadaniu i kolacji poza hotelem. Ogólnie hotel ma 5 gwiazdek, ale raczej bym mu dała 4. Jak ktoś był w dobrym 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu to ten nie zrobi na nim wrażenia.

The restaurant and spa staff were great. Buffet food was nice. The swimming pools are beautiful.

I expected more from a 5 star hotel but maybe it is different in the summer... The service overall was very poor - took us 5 attempts to call from the room to the front desk, sometimes they just hang up in the middle of your sentence, when you go down to talk to them they are dismissive of everything, pool staff have no clue what is going on. Also the cleanliness in the hallways was less than adequate.

Very good hotel with very good service, the food was delicious and good variety. Is a place perfect to relax or being with Family. I'll definitely will come back

Beautiful, clean room on very clean and well-designed hotel grounds. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want and the staff was very friendly.

Because of the low season, 2 of the restaurants and the lounge weren't operating. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. The sauna is nice, but the floor boards are insanely hot due to the sauna being on all day, which burned my feet pretty badly.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels. We stayed all inclusive and there was great choice of delicious food. Good location with beautiful sea views and the hotel is located on a private sandy beach. There are few other sandy beaches within walking distance. The staff were helpful. Indoor and outdoor pool areas are well maintained. The hotel is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel

Nothing to complain. We had. a fabulous time.

The air conditioning does not work, making it impossible to sleep. The quality of the food is generally very poor. Impossible to get a hold of anybody who is responsible for anything when trying to provide this feedback to the hotel staff, it is always someone else’s job and no progress can be made.

Staff very friendly nothing was too much Trouble. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. On the whole the food was good, a very good choice at breakfast, lunch/dinner was a little bit repetitive after the first week . The outside areas are very pleasant and clean.

Racing down at 7 AM in order to get one of the double sun beds at the edge of the pool! I have no desire to get up so early holiday, furthermore there were arguments almost every morning about who was there first. The hotel should put a a better system in place, perhaps the opportunity to reserve the day before. I found the drinks to be very expensive, in particular the cocktails went far off French Riviera prices and not very good. On our first evening we went to the bar opposite the reception and I ended up having to instruct the barman how to make the cocktails I ordered.

The hotel room and facilities were very nice. Nissi beach just few steps away has very nice sand and low clear water ideal for smaller children. Food was good, mostly international dishes but also with some local dishes, some better others not so much but plenty of options to choose from.

The additional bed added in the room was not that comfortable, otherwise nothing to complain.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln

Frukosten var utmärkt bra urval av sallader.Fint med ett glas bubbel till frukosten.Fantastiskt fina poolområde,gott om lediga solstolar.Trevlig strandbar med dricka och snacks,direkt på Sandy Bay.

Damernas toalett vid strandbaren var det ofta stopp i,ingen tvål och inget papper.Vi påpekade detta utan resultat till städerskan men hon förstod inte,det var uselt för att vara ett femstjärnigt hotell.

Mir hat an der Unterkunft gefallen das das Zimmer sehr gross und sauber war. Die Putzfrauen waren bereits nach dem Frühstück schon fertig mit unseren Zimmern. Die Pool Anlage war wunderschön und sehr sauber das Wasser riechte das 1. Mal nicht nach Chlor. Das Personal war sehr freundlich vor allem die beim Buffet. Man wurde immer direkt an einen gewünschten Platz gebracht und die Teller wurden direkt nach dem alles aufgegessen wurde, abgeräumt. Vor allem die Maria beim Abendbuffet war eine Top angestellte und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Leider war aber das Frühstücksbuffer nicht so vielfältig für Leute die nicht so auf süsses stehen. Und die Getränke beim Frühstück waren auch zu übersüsst und das Wasser schmeckte überhaupt nicht wie auch der Kaffee. Die Gläser waren auch oft dreckig. Beim Badezimmer gab es oberhalb der Dusche Schimmel dies wurde am ein paar Tage später einfach übermalt anstatt korrekt zu reparieren.

We loved the staff, everyone was super nice. The hotel is in general very good, everything is well organized and prepared. The room was with a great view, comfortable, everything was automatic on the button, the bed was great. Food was very good, there were lots of different dishes every night, I would say that sweets are perfect. The pools are good with a lot of sun beads that everyone can use. The beach is almost in the hotel area, when we looked on the map, it did not seem so close. But indeed it is. Also other facilities of the hotel looked good, we did not use them as we were with a baby and toddler.

There is not much we did not like, it was small things that can be better. For example, in the room we are welcomed with water and some soda drinks in a mini bar. For a 5* hotel we believe it can be refilled every day, but it was not, we were told it will not be refilled, so we knew and that is ok, we just think that is a small improvement that the hotel can do. I would rate the food as a 4* hotel, except sweets, they were 5* at least for me. The food was very good in general. Not many remarks, we would go to same place again and definitely recommend this hotel.

BEWARE THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH FOR HIM WITH HIS OWN CHAIRS IT HAS A DEAL WITH THE BEACH BUT IT IS ONE STARS CHAIRS

Great location, good facilities, family friendly atmosphere, modern hotel, nice interior, great spacious rooms, great in room lighting system, good selection of buffets etc.

From an expensive five star hotel, people would expect premium services, which were sometimes not enough. Rooms were not cleaned properly during our stay (only changed towel and emptied the trash). We needed to ask for toiletries etc separately. Not enough sun beds, and you need to rush in the early morning to get a bed. Pools are usable only until 6 pm. All inclusive drinks are limited, and are of quite poor quality :( No good quality coffee available. Workers often looked quite in rush and stressed. Overall good, but we would expect more from an expensive five star.

I found that all the meals provided were of excellent quality and diversity. What shone the most though were the staff. Especially Mr. Michalis, Ms Maria, Ms Zacharoulla, Mr. Loucas and the rest of the staff were exceptional.

Problems with some broken room equipment. We had power outtage 4 times in one single day. No room service even before 23:00.

During the night in the pool area there were many cockroaches

We had a really fun and pleasant vacation overall !!!

A few things to improve and that's it: The water flow on the 3rd floor was weak and changed every few minutes (the heat) 1. The Hotel need someone at the entrance to the hotel to take the luggage to the room to upgrade the 5* experience2 3. Need to improve the response time of reception and room service - very very slow . We have waited long time!!
