Very comfortable room and the hotel is in a good location in the centre of Kuta. I didn’t have any noise from the street or other travellers.

The food. A very poor late lunch on the day I arrived so headed out to the many local cafes and restaurants after that. And I didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet although it looked as though other people did.

Its in the centre of Kuta area, lots of foods, good cafes and convenience stores. Easy to access to your essential needs! Including beach :)

Probably not about the property, i like it its what you pay for! But hard to find taxi there, the rent car is so high just to drop us to the airport.

After spending 3 months in home stays and hostels, we decided to treat ourselves for New Year’s Eve. This hotel was amazing for it. The room was amazing, super comfortable and the toilet was just gorgeous.

Food in the restaurant very pricey. An amazing pool but it’s so hooot! You just want a pool to cool yourself down, but the hotel pool was almost at air temperature (I guess there isn’t much staff can do either).

Comfortable spacious room. Very nice bed. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect; in central Kuta but very quiet

We loved the location of the property as it was located in the middle of Kuta, close to a strip of awesome bars and restaurants. Rooms were cozy but quite dim. Staff were very helpful and hospitable. Wide selection of local and international food fare :) overall, a decent stay.

Rooms were quite dim. We stayed in a room that was closer to the entrance of the hotel so we could hear the some noise but it wasn’t awfully loud.

Great facility with clean rooms. Great breakfast with many local and western options.

The property was new and modern. Styled beautifully.

No coffee or tea provided. Breakfast so overpriced. No checkin area. All communication is WhatsApp and very slow to respond. No privacy in pool area between villas. You can see your next door neighbours balcony and between the fences. So must wear bathers in your private pool.

Staff were so friendly, they loved our 6 month old baby and were sure to greet us every time they saw us - from the pool guy, to the gardener to the receptionists! tThey let us eat breakfast by the pool everyday so our baby could crawl around and we could not disturb others. Really accomodating to our requests. The room was spacious and beautiful, bed very comfy and big!

Hotel com um ambiente bastante tranquilo, quarto confortável e limpo e pequeno almoço também muito bom. Localização excelente e a simpatia e disponibilidade dos seus funcionários é algo a destacar. Gostaria de mencionar em particular os nomes de Arung e Farid, cuja postura foi excepcional.

Der Pool, die Außenanlagen und der Service waren top! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und auch der Strand in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.

Das Bad war zwar sehr sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klobrille war fleckig und ziemlich vergilbt, die Klospülung war kurzzeitig defekt. Auch unser Türschloss musste drei mal repariert werden. Das Personal war aber in jedem Fall sehr hilfsbereit und hat umgehend jemanden geschickt, um die Probleme zu beheben.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. Very soft sheets!! We went here after we climbed the rinjani, perfect to relax. The swimming pool is clean and big. At breakfast there is much to choose from. The hotel offers a lot of things to arrange, such as taxis or tours. We whatsapped them multiple times and they always helped us very well. We liked it so much we extended for 3 nights!
