The elevator didn´t work every day, and we were inside it and couldn`t come out several times! We got panic!
Because of those problem we had to go upp the stairs; my pregnant daughter (7th month) and much pain in her back, carrying up/down her son (15 months) every day many times. I had also much pain in my back (63 years old) and had big problems to go upp/and those stairs several times every day. We complained that many times, but the owner said that it was our fault (!) and was unpleasant. Localication was great, and the balkony, but we were very dissapointed.

Increíble la ubicación, muy cerca de la Playa de Las Canteras y de restaurantes y supermercados. El apartamento estaba ordenado y limpio.
Punto negativo, es que vimos tres mini cucarachas. Probablemente haya que fumigar, por lo demás estaba limpio. Las almohadas eran algo incomodas.

Die Lage, in der Nähe von Las Canteras und Santa Katalina, zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig nachts, man hört natürlich die Müllabfuhr. Das gastronomische Angebot ist sehr gut. Der ÖPNV von Santa Katalina ist sehr gut.
Die Wohnung hat einen netten Balkon mit „Stadtblick“, sie ist gut geschnitten.
Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr übersichtlich. Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht gut. Die Bodenabdichtung der Dusche mit ihrer Wandabdichtung ist überholungsbedürftig. Vielleicht erklärt dies auch das vereinzelte Auftreten von Insekten.

Clean and spacious first floor apartment with a large balcony overlooking a pedestrianised street. Great location, close to the beach and to the bus station and with numerous cafes and restaurants nearby..Excellent communication with hosts. No hesitation in staying here again

Położenie obiektu jest super.Wszędzie bliziutko .Widok z balkonu na deptak i z oddali widać ocean.Plaża kilka kroków.Na tej samej ulicy znajduje się parking piętrowy i za 27 E mozna się zaparkować na trzy dni i to ogromny plus.Polecam ten obiekt jako centrum wypadowe i nie tylko bo można tam z powodzeniem spędzić kilka dni . Jakość do ceny na najwyższym poziomie 🙂

Casa molto bella ed accogliente con arredamenti nuovi e tutto il necessario.
Posizione assai comoda con tutto quello che serve a portata di mano compreso un mini market 24h poco distante.
Il mare è lì a poche centinaia di metri come anche molti bar,ristoranti ed il lungomare
Decisamente consigliato
Direi proprio niente,ha soddisfatto (ed anche più) le mie aspettative

Would recommend this place, great value for money and the issues I had are not necessarily repeatable
The shower would only have hot water for around 5 mins
I was in apartment 1 and apartment 2 next door to me were very loud at night almost every night

Location is great except shouting people outside time to time but this is the disadvantage of main busy area anyways. Doorcode made life easier and hosts were helpful in general. Wifi was also strong in case if you want to work from there. They were also flexible with earlier check-in which is always good.
Bathroom has mold and some little bugs which people might not enjoy. Also the room was minimalistic and some stuff needed were not provided unfortunately. Cutlery could have been more for instance.

Very convenient for the beach, good kitchen facilities and storage for bags after check out
No instructions in the property for various things and shower ran out of hot water after one shower.
Constant noise outside from local drunken people shouting sometimes for hours, which was very unpleasant.

L'attico molto spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Ottima la posizione, vicino al mare e al Parque Santa Catilina. Un bel terrazzo ampio e la macchina per il caffè

The location was excellent - very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and public transport. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Comfortable bed and all facilities required were present. Lovely private terrace overlooking a pedestrian street. Quiet at night. Check in was very straightforward and the host very helpful. This apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying all that Las Canteras offers.

It was very clean in the apartment at the moment we arrived. There's everything you need for your stay, the small kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The beach is just at the side, as well as all other necessities such as the market or pharmacy. We received clean towels and bed accessories regularly during 2 weeks of our holidays. The reservation was easy and the price-quality was nice. Thank you very much ❤️

Very good location with walking distance to the beach and FoodService/Shopping/Groceries areas. Well interconnected by public transport with other tourist and historic attractions of Las Palmas.

Overall a nice apartment, good location and very good communication with owner.
The bed was very hard and therefore a bit uncomfortable. Quite thin walls so you heard the neighbors a lot. Some cockroaches.

Excellent location. Apartment had everything we needed. Great verandah for people watching. Really close to the beautiful coastline and also all the towns facilities.
That I had to leave it and come home!!

I certainly suggest everyone without any doubts. It is so close to the most beautiful beaches and in the middle of stores. If i have to define with only one word that could be the "amazing". The balcony is so wide that you could spend so much time even there alone.

The apartment is in a very good location, the beach, the seaside promenade with lots of restaurants, nice park, bus stops, and the Poema del Mar aquarium are very close. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and convenient – we did not meet our host in person, because the entrance is operated with a code, but he was always available by phone. The apartment is big enough for two people, recently renovated and modern, and very clean. We had a very nice stay!
Hot water runs out a bit fast, so prepare for quick showers :D
