bad bad terrible I cannot check in for 2 hours

check in procedures was terrible so many locks and keys to open the gate and they didn’t work. it is so frustrating I called the number and nobody pick up the phone. my worse experience ever

Great size room, big comfy beds. Nice location near the water front (10min walk from the train station). Close to the bus stop to Amanohashidate and a big supermarket. Good kitchen facilities, had everything we needed. Free washing machine with detergent and dryer was very handy. Check in via lock box was easy, clear information was sent to us the day before.

The place is very comfortable for a night stay nearby a supermarket and only 10mins drive to Une town. There is even a washer and separate dryer which is very convenient.

Like everything, near Miple Store, not very far walking distance

It locates at a quiet but convenient area; easy to drive to and fro; safe and no trouble. The self check-in and check-out procedures are easy, especially if you have similar experience. We may be particularly lucky that there is no other guest during our stay, so we can use the common area and laundry quite freely.

A slightly later checkout (11am-12pm) would be perfect 😊

House is new reformed and everything is clean and in new. Host answers all messages asap. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking area is big enough for group of people.

WiFi is not stable, sometime no signal.

Big spacious flat, the double bedroom also quite big, everything was very clean and comfortable, great beds, Aircon worked like a charme, all in all a great stay!

Maybe a bit pricy, but I think it's worth it

This is a fully equipped, comfortable, clean room (called Yayoi) in a quiet residential area. 2 double beds, complete kitchen and bathroom, incl. amenities. There is also a large TV in the room. It was exactly as it looked in the photos. Car parking is free. We highly recommend COTO and we will stay there again our next visit to Miyazu.

Very good location , easy to find a place for meal , shopping at supermarket ,etc. !

For guest who stay over one night , i could like to have a flooring-wiper to clear up the flooring ! And , for the toilet paper , i prefer with individe package , not putting together with the other thing ! Thankyou !
