Location was good, clean, well stocked kitchen. WiFi was good (take own firestick if you want tv channels )

Dark dingy corridors which smelt of damp dogs and cannabis, dated decor and furniture that needs updating, sofa was small and dirty, cushions ripped, rotten wood on windows, stains on the carpet and wall, no tv channels as Ariel didn’t work, good job we was only there for 1 night

The apartment was very well cleaned generally and whoever was responsible did an excellent job.

The lingering smell of wet dog which couldn't be hidden with cleaning products, the graffitti on the kitchen door, the dirty carpets and small uncomfortable mattress.

The location of the apartment is great, access was easy with the codes etc, communication was good and the towels were lovely!

Unfortunately, apart from the general lower quality accommodation standard than we have had before (entrance/stairways cold, old, untidy, basic decor, some tired floor coverings, bathroom radiator not working, heating poor and no tea and coffee facilities) our stay was significantly tarnished by an extremely strong smell of cannabis smoke coming from a neighbouring apartment (The Suite). It was what greeted us when we arrived and was also in our apartment making us feel sick. When we came back late in the evening, the corridor was filled with fumes that you could physically see. We did mention this to Pure Serviced during their courtesy call and they said they were aware and having a problem with a neighbouring owner/occupier. This needs to be rectified asap so as not to impact further customer stays. Lastly, the apartment had no mirrors apart from a tiny one fixed in the bathroom. This made getting ready for an evening out more challenging!! A full length mirror in the bedroom is needed.
