quiet location, clean and decent facilities
picking up the keys were inconvenient, as was dropping them off. be easier to have a key safe at the address to make it more convenient for travellers

the slates in the downstairs bedroom. kept coming out of there sockets. so we couldn’t sleep in it on one occasion. I did manage to put them back the next morning.

Good, safe location. Very clean, spacious and modern accommodation
Check-in process was poor. Arrived at separate location at appointed time to pick up keys, but could not get gain access as the reception buzzer was not answered, and the given phone number was also not answered. Voicemail message left - no response. Tried again later and the receptionist answered that she had been busy at another location (it would have been helpful if she had answered her phone, or at least responded to the voicemail to say she was on her way).
Unfortunately, when she did arrive to hand over the keys, no apology was forthcoming for the delay.
Lack of car parking also an issue - we got the very last space in the congested local roads. Had to pay for a parking permit - but no ability to get a refund if couldn't find a space....

WiFi did not work - password was incorrect, connected to the apartment upstairs but this only worked for one night, out of hours number was wrong in the information provided in the folder on the kitchen table

perfect location walking distance from sea and Royal William Yard which is a shopping and dining area in an old navy setting. amazing place for drink n dinner. all beaches of east Devon. simply outstanding. even amazing if you lucky to find sunny days. best 3 double bed spacious house.
should have stayed longer :)

Smelly basement, only one saucepan, no mirror or tv in the front bedroom, clocks not working, only one tea towel, no dish cloth

A spacious house with well-equipped kitchen. Easy parking outside. Great value for money! I would definitely stay there again. Location is not central but it depends where you want to be in the city - for us it was convenient.
The key-collection address communicated via booking.com was not correct. The phone number we were given was not being answered; email sent to the property owner went unanswered. Otherwise, all superfine!

Location was perfect for us ,the space the apartment offered was larger than than photo shown, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable for all the family very impressed 😀 and would definitely book again when visiting Plymouth. The reception was warm and welcoming when picking up keys and again when dropping off keys excellent 👌 and great value for a large family getaway.

Front door lock was tricky. En suite shower head droopy. Just minor issues in otherwise excellent property.

Good location and the local free parking was great. Really close to the Royal William Yard and about 10 minutes walk from the Hoe. All the rooms were a good size.
A couple of little improvements would really help like; the WiFi code in the info pack being correct instead of having to read it off the scruffy sticker on the TV stand, a pair of scissors and some washing up liquid in the kitchen and finally leaving the TV plugged in rather than making guests scramble on the floor to plug it in.
Not sure where you would park if the local free car park was full.

Lovely, clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Big pile of clean white towels, pristine bed linen, toiletries provided and very clean well equipped kitchen.
The only thing I would have liked was a bigger teapot! The parking was a short distance away. Despite clear directions, it still took a few extra minutes to locate in the dark.

Limited crockery, WiFi password was wrong in the book and when I phoned to query, I left a message and no one came back to me (I then found the right password by the tv! I corrected the book)

Admiralty Street is a spacious, well-maintained, & comfortable property on the edge of Plymouth's centre, and adjacent to the waterfront (Royal William Yard).
Minor issues: the extractor fan in the basement bathroom & one light in the basement bedroom were not working; reported to PureServiced.
A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to facilities!

Property is ground floor and basement of a house. Property is well furnished and comfortable but basement is clearly damp - very musty smell downstairs. Check is was difficult as had to arrange to meet someone at a different location and clearly they were busy elsewhere. This could be improved. Location of property is great in quiet street near to shops, bars and restaurants
