All is good, awesome and very comfortable to stay

No smoking inside apartment

Room was great, very clean and air conditioning was perfect. The rooftop pool was also beautiful as well as the facilities on the 8th floor

On arrival we had to pay a 300 ringgit deposit. The booking told us it could be paid through back transfer. However the reception told us we couldn’t as we had an international bank account. This should be clearer on the booking as we then had to go find an atm. Also the pool advertised costs 10 ringgits a day. This should also be made clear when you are booking. Our Netflix didn’t work and we let the WhatsApp team know and we were ignored. The shower is also set to a temperature you cannot change so had a pretty cold shower.

Double security. Outer door and an inner door.

No hanging hooks in the bathroom to hang towel and clothings. Water drainage in the shower was sluggish. Water up to my ankle during shower. Curtain was not fitted properly. Got cracks in the middle and sides. No blackout effect. Sun seeped in and cannot sleep in.

first of all, the money for the room is cheaper than other agent and thats good. but the ugly part is, they said it comes with free private parking which is not available at the property. we need to add another rm20 for per night parking. secondly, the room actually pretty big but the room smell wasnt really good i think it came from the carpet. and my bathroom ceiling also leaking. the bathroom was not comfortable to use. and you should atleast put a curtain for the bathroom as from the bed you can straightly see whos pooping inside. other than that, all is good. thank you 😄
