It's very near to the airport, staffs are nice. Very good place to stay if you are on vacation since its on budget and there are places to eat.

Disappointing! They charged me 2x of my 1 night payment. They are not responsive on my request for refund. (Property & booking com) According to the hotel staff they are not liable. The recepcionist namely alex is not properly trained to assist the clients. She gave us a room in which the aircon is not working & she told me to wait. Ard 2am i told her again that we are suffocated already because it is very hot in our room. After 15mins she told us to transfer to another room w/c is beside our room and almost the same room capacity. I booked for 1 room and request to add extra person & matress w/extra charge that I will pay but she refused coz they are fully booked already and theres no available room. However, when I ask her for extra room and will book via walk in then she gave me a room(terrible! There it is) The ambiance is noisy due to someone is fixing the wall/cabinet and there'a cock crow & theres an insect in the double deck matress.

The place was a fair value for money. What I loved about was the location, security as it was beside brgy. Hall, and most importantly, the heater. All in all, our stay was okay.

Facilities are subpar but I wouldn't expect much for a cheap price. There were no complementaries, not even a bottle of water or toiletries. The bedsheets keep slipping off the dirty futon. Flooring was sticky, and the worst part was that the sink is beside the bed. There was in icky smell inside the bathroom as well.

It is a cheap hostel relatively close to the airport (although not within walking distance). The room had basic amenities and towels, soap, etc. were provided.

We had a terrible check-in experience – apparently, the hostel tried to charge our card up-front and the payment did not go through but we never received any notification. Once we arrived, they were not able to charge our card again on their system and they also did not have a terminal to take physical credit cards. We spent almost one hour trying to find a solution and staff was not helpful at all. On top of this, they asked us for 500 PHP deposit even though we were staying only for one night... The hostel is located in a shady neighborhood and there aren't many restaurants in the area. All the time, there were many local teenagers and children around the lobby and in the restaurant area which made it quite uncomfortable. The room was ok but there was bad smell in the bathroom, no curtain in the shower and the floor seemed like it was not swept. We read that this is a hostel mainly for one-night stays during transfers in Cebu City but it was even worse than expected

TV in the room doesn’t work and it seems like there’s no way for them to fix it because there was no action taken. The wifi almost doesn’t work. It’s useless most of the time.

The AC was extremly noisy, not only ours but also the ones next to our rooms van be heard when we turned it off to sleep

Separate check in of guests allowed. Onsite restaurant had good food for good price. Staff friendly and very helpful with activity suggestions. NB, this is not a touristic area at all.

Shower wasn't very hot, not much water pressure. The neighbouring building had rock music performance from 9am on a Sunday. Aircon unit noisy but this seems normal in Philippines.

It was horrible place, not clean, sheet were stained. I couldnt sleep all night. We left first thing in the morning.
