There was only one toilet for too many rooms. The pans and utensils where not in good condition to cook Kitchen was always a little bit messy There was only one day I Saw a lady who cleans and tidy up perfectly, you should have her more often The pillows were very soft A don’t feel privacy in many situations, makes me feel uncomfortable.

Great location. And I suppose that if you are looking for a cental location on a budget this place is decent. I did not read the listing well enough (was in a hurry and remote with very limited reception on my phone when booking). Otherwise I would have passed on this one.

This is basically a AirBnB that is renting out rooms as a hostel. Not a real hotel. No reception, you have to ring the doorbell of the apartment complex to have somebody come down and open the door for you. During your stay you will have a key to the door. There is a common kitchen, a common sitting area, a common shower/toilet. No private toilet or shower. The room was small and had a very minimal desk (just big enough for my laptop and a drink), was struggling to use the mouse. The room was VERY noisy! The walls are super thin. Other guests kept arriving late and were talking and making phone calls till about 2AM. then at 5:30 AM people started waking up and moving through the hallway. There is no parking: I had to park in the commercial parking garage across the street (190MXN/day, only cash payments accepted there!)

Great value for money. Good location, very clean. Special shout-out to one of the host who really helped us out big time when we had an encounter with a cab driver who was ripping us off.

One bathroom to share with the others was sometimes not enough, but overall we had a great experience.

I liked the view of my room and the cleaness of the place. Also the fact that there was always hot water and potable water.

The owner. She is always around, being just too much. Back-talking about other guests, arguing with her family and more...Simply behaving like there are no guests there and telling everyone what to do and not to do. 1 bathroom for 7 rooms is definitely not enough.

It is very difficult to find the front dest, no place to check-in.

It's a complete rip off and gross misrepresentation completely unsafe, dirty , bad maintained and the photos are of a different place not the actual...to the point I refused to check in and booking.com and the hotel refuse to refund my $$$

Their staff was very accommodating, especially Coco! She made me feel extremely welcomed and she would make sure that everything was ok every time we saw each other

Room and ambience

The location is five minutes from Musaryk St. Osvaldo helped me get settled with keys, amenities, etc. Honestly the best value stay I've found in CDMX. Full functioning kitchen, 3 beds, clean bathroom. It is an apartment so just keep that in mind. Great views from the patio. A unexpected gem.

Nothing really although there is no AC unit in the room but thankfully it stayed cool in the room this time.

The proximity to a lot of interesting museums and activities. The location was ideal. The property was clean and spacious.

I wasn’t able to open the window/sliding door for cool air to come in at night.

I really think the room requires to have any ventilation device as having the window open in not always an option and it felt somehow sofocating.
