Location of cabin is excellent! Very close to everything. Cabin was roomy and kitchen well equipped. Game room and two bedrooms downstairs were cold but had heaters and blankets.

Easy Breezy’s beauty and tranquility gave our shattered family a healing Christmas that, for a short time, brought us back together. On our last morning we sadly locked the front door, took our last photos, said our tearful goodbyes, and left our Christmas miracle known as “Easy Breezy”.

Very close to parkway. The cabin was not as clean as it should have been. Lots of dust everywhere with spiderwebs throughout the cabin. Hair was in the bathroom and on some of the towels. Had to wash quilts because they smelled like cigarette smoke. Could not enjoy the balconies at all because lots of black bugs were everywhere, especially around the hot tub area. May have been due to change of season. The owner was very responsive to the concerns.

Property is clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house in a great location! Owners were quick to answer our messages and very helpful. Lots of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Community pool and small playground was a bonus that the kids loved!

Perfect location in a great neighborhood! We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the porch swing, rocking chairs and hot tub. Don’t pass up this gem of a cabin for your next trip to the mountains, can’t wait to come back!

This was a great cabin to stay in. Wonderful access and view of the pool, not to mention the beautiful views. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and check in was a breeze. Lovely stay and highly recommend!

Great trip. House was comfortable but will need some minor maintenence soon. Exterior doorknobs hard for children to open. Never found the main floor and downstairs thermostats....

The cabin could have been a lot cleaner. we couldn’t use the pool the first 3 days we was there due to having no water in it. But over all we loved how much space we had in the cabin. we traveled with a big family and we had plenty of space, we really enjoyed the hot tub and game room.

This was the perfect place to stay for two families with our school-aged children! We traveled here, one faculty from Florida and the other from Illinois, for a fun-filled spring break trip and we were not disappointed. The home was clean, warm, spacious, and plenty comfortable. The grown-is stayed in the two large master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and private baths while the kids stayed in the basement with access to lots of activities and games. The full kitchen allowed us to save money and cook most of our meals. The hot tub was a dream. The kids enjoyed the playground and running up and down the huge hill out back. We were minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains and not far from the fun attractions of Gatlinburg. Kasey was a dream to work with, always responding to questions quickly. We'd love to stay here again sometime!

Let me preface by saying I never write reviews. I couldn't pass up this opportunity to talk about how wonderful the Owner and cabin was! The Owner is so friendly and helpful! My Father in law had a fall during our stay and they were nothing short of amazing! We will remember the Owner and this cabin the next time we visit! There are loads of games to play if it is a rainy day and you just want to chill. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The Fraziers

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space for a large group. Everyone loved the game/entertainment room with the pool table. Literally minutes from the outlets. plenty of parking for a big group (comfortably fit 4 vehicles) Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will most definitely rent this property for another trip.

Kasey, you need to get a new housekeeper. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The whole place has needed dusting for a good while. The tub off the living area was still dirty. And once I’m checked in, I’m not calling anybody out to reclean. I can handle it. But all in all, I loved the cabin and location.

The location of the cabin is fantastic, tucked away but still close enough to everything you want to get to in Pigeon Forge. The pictures accurately represents the space and the added touch of the Christmas decorations was nice. Kasey was great at communicating and remedying the issues that arose. The overall cleanliness of the house was acceptable minus a smell of animal on the basement level and stains on the pillow shams. Some wear and tear of the amenities was another factor in the lower rating… pool was hard to play because the sticks are all broken or damaged and the arcade games wouldn't load as well as the heat in basement was difficult to regulate so guests were freezing in the basement but the top level was steaming even with the heat set low or at times off. On the plus side enough parking for larger groups, enough seating for larger groups and a huge plus on the amount of bathrooms that the cabin has for larger groups.

This was the perfect getaway for a holiday gathering. The owner contacted us a few days before arrival to notify us about the weather. She gave us several pointers should the power go out. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra blankets in each room. The layout was perfect for cooking and game night. The kids enjoyed being tucked away on the lower level playing pool and other games provided by the host. We couldn’t ask for a better place….it is a must stay!!!!

Other than not being clean, everything else was great. Would definitely fire the cleaning people!!! Also, not enough silverware to accommodate all.

We had a long weekend with our kids and gkids just to spend time together, play fun games, and watch Christmas movies. The cabin was perfect for us! It is close to Walmart and tanger outlet for us girls to sneek out and shop a little 🌲🥰

If the goal of the stay is to be in the action of what this area offers, this is the perfect cabin for you! Easy to skip the Parkway Traffic and use Ridge Road, Veterans Parkway to navigate the backroads. Even if your activities of choice require being on the Parkway, you are minutes away from the action. We had activities in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and navigated quite quickly. The house is such a delight. The hot tub felt great after some long days, the living room is a cozy place to chat and plan the days. Plenty of comfortable porch furniture for outdoor relaxing, especially the swing on the back porch. The kitchen is adequately stocked, basics are provided. With 3 floors, there is plenty of room to spread out, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Amazing!! Water pressure is on point! Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Felt right at home. Host is very welcoming. I would book again-a great listing for being near the action.

The gas fireplace in the living room will not work in the AC air filters are real dirty and AC as he was constantly running
