The house was great for our guests. We could walk to so many places, including the beach. Just sitting on the balcony and watching the water, dolphins and birds was amazing! Def check out Sunset Beach - great shade and beautiful water. We saw two manatees there - incredible.

This house is totally amazing! Between a beautiful pool, a private beach, a dock, and Boca Ciega Bay right there for swimming, who could ask for more! The interior decoration looks like something out of HGTV! We stayed there for a month and celebrated our 55th anniversary with our family and friends. Having the lower level with a bunk room, another bedroom, a kitchen, and two living rooms, the grandchildren loved their private space! This house gets a ten-star review—so far exceeds the VRBO listing! We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed here. The place is exactly as the photos show! The host was accommodating to all reasonable requests and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We had a total of 4 couples and 4 infants. The house gave us the ability to have our own space, but enjoy all group time together. The view is spectacular, and the lay out is great! The basement room for an active family is amazing. We ate all meals in the open concept kitchen, and all cookware, silverware and household items were available. Each room is spacious and equipped with at least a queen bed. Our Stay was late February, so the pool was in the shade most of the day, but we were able to enjoy the spa. Fantastic Stay! If you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot, look no further. We stay in Florida every year and this property was absolutely perfect for our family of 14. You also can’t beat the price in this area. I’ll start off by saying the communication with the property owner was great. They were eager to help at all times. The entire house was stocked with everything you would need including the small things like water, olive oil, pans, and extra mugs and towels. The two kitchens came in handy when we wanted to make snacks by the pool and have dinner prepared later upstairs in the main area. The kids room and downstairs kitchen doubled as a kids getaway. They played on the karaoke machine for hours and really enjoyed their independence down in that area next to the pool. The private beach was stunning. It is small but beautiful. We fished off the dock every morning and caught a few good size fish. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool is in the sun for half of the day which made our outdoor time absolutely perfect and not too hot. The beach remains in the sun all day if you want to catch extra rays. The house also comes with numerous high end beach chairs with sun shades, huge pool floats, extra beach and pool towels, games, and anything else you can think of to make your vacation great. They really thought of everything and this property is luxurious, not a penny spared. Even the hangers are velvet and not wire! All of the bedrooms have a very comfortable queen size bed or larger except for the bedroom downstairs, it is a full but looks out onto the beach and the pool which was gorgeous to wake up to. The master is what dreams are made of, with the deck being our happy place in the morning to enjoy coffee. Speaking of coffee, they had that stocked too! In the photos it looks like there are many sliding glass doors to walk out onto the deck however these are actually windows. We liked that these were windows so the house did not get to muggy from the moisture. We used the air conditioner at night and it was very powerful! It only took 20 minutes for most of the house to cool down. The downstairs area has private air conditioners in every room which was a bonus! The house is one block from the grocery store, Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, and the drunken clam which is an awesome bar. The location could not have been better. Overall, 5 stars! Perfect stay.
