We arrived and the reception staff said they had not received our booking. We showed them the confirmation email we received but they didn’t do anything about our booking.
They sent us to a different hotel saying that they had talked to them and made sure that we would get the same rate, but we ended up getting charged a higher price and had to cover the transportation costs ourselves.
We contacted Fab but received no answer but a messaging saying that “we’re hopefully already checked in and enjoying our stay and Blossoms”, a joke!

Buffet breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic with all nearby facilities.
They should provide the tea/coffee kit as they have already provided electric kettle in the room.

Room was comfortable service for food was good. Food was good. One of the Receptionist was very arrogant.
The entrance was bad.
No parking facility

some Kitchen bills were missing while checking out... because of this cant reimburse from office

The location was ok. The room size was Ok
You have to walk a long ramp to access the elevator. The breakfast supplied in room only, was not of good quality. They don't even provide the tea kits

I had to catch a flight and requested for breakfast. But it was not provided in half an hour. I git delayed for the flight and had to leave without breakfast

The hotel receptionist not given the room to us. They said fab not confirmed our booking.

Location and the proximity to the heart of the city
1) No pillow cover for a pillow inspite of repeated requests.
2) Bath soap too was requested many times but no response.
3) Same is the case for water bottle.
4) Food left overs by some guests in the lounge not cleared for many hours ( with stink) making other guests not use. Also it's a big hygiene problem.
Overall experience: Below average.

It was my worst experience staying there. The photos were deceptive. Booking.com was blamed that the photos were uploadee by them i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there

When I checked in the property was not clean
In the first floors they were doing work so the building work material were lying on the floor
Bathroom was exceptionally dirty and had to cleaned in a room which was ready to check in
I then requested for a new room and even in that room bathroom was very dirty
After a deep cleaning the bathroom was ok
Property can be maintained with some tidiness
Keeping property clean attracts repeat customers
