In a word, “WOW!!” An AMAZING home with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! Mike & Helene are incredible host who make sure every single detail is taken care of. I would recommend this home to all my friends and family members for sure!

Fantastic week vacation with family overlooking the mountains. Property was very well maintained and provisioned kitchen, pantry, electric bbq. Weather was cool and delightful.

Our family loved this beautiful, well appointed condo. The views from the deck are spectacular. The amenities at Echota are equally wonderful- we enjoyed both the heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool on a rainy day. The home is cozy and well decorated, making it feel like home away from home. We will be back!

Everything was amazing. Everything was there that we could have ever anticipate needing. Instructions were point on. View was fabulous. The only negative was that there was roofing work being done from approximately 9-8 every day. I felt like this would have been something that we could have been made aware of so we could plan accordingly. We had planned 1 day for rest & relaxation but instead, leaving due to the noise.

We only got to stay one night but it was beautiful. Anything you could possibly need or want it was available. The place is amazing. Every little detail was thought of and taken care of. When the kids found out we were only staying one night they asked me to try to get more days in the place. There are toys and games for all ages. The beds are quite comfortable. The view is just incredible. I couldn't find my email to check in so I sent a message for help. The response was immediate. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and feel at home. Worth every penny.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location, the cleanliness, the little amenities provided by the host, the home itself - all of it was amazing. My family and I spent almost a week here and had such a fabulous time. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer.

This was, without a doubt, the best VRBO we have stayed in. The view was incredible, the rooms spacious, and the location perfect. But the best part was that it was perfect for those with families, even those with babies or toddlers. We were so impressed and felt so at home with the set up here. 100% recommend!

The condo was perfect for our group. Pristine condition, wonderfully decorated and equipped. The back deck was amazing with views of the valley. Very relaxing place and the peanut butter cookies were delicious and a special treat! Close to Boone for shopping and dinner too. Loved it!

Absolutely a beautiful place. The view from the back porch is breathtaking. Host made sure to think of everything you may need, including fresh strawberries on the kitchen counter. Driving up the mountain to get to the condo was an adventure in itself, and so worth it! Perfect location if you enjoy hiking or just relaxing by the pool that gives you a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, including Grandfather Mountain.

We are frequent visitors to the area- staying in Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. This is the best condo we’ve stayed at by far! Helene and Mike are the best and this condo has every amenity you could think of. It was decorated for the season, amazing views, great location. We will definitely be back!

This was such a beautiful condo up in the mountains, with amazing views. The owners had every possible amenity available along with the cutest Easter decorations. It was so clean, warm and cozy, and a perfect vacation spot. There was a full kitchen with spices, cooking oil, foil, and Ziploc bags along with bath bombs in the bathroom. We loved it! Also, this was a perfect location for all the activities in the area.

My college friends and I decided to go back to where it all began to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We all graduated from App State and had a wonderful weekend reminiscing. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We plan to stay again!

This has to be the most perfect place to stay in the mountains. Even with all the modern amenities, the house is so warm and cozy. Decorated and supplied with all the care that a lovely host would share, it felt like staying at a good friend’s home.
Additional amenities not shared on the website - gracious hosts from whom I never once had to wait for a reply and who were so kind and welcoming; a majestic view of the stars at night and a breathtaking sunrise in the morning; a welcome packet that includes fun things to do in the area. (I would have never known about that Alpine Coaster without it!) Our hosts were simply lovely, their home is beautiful, and it made our family vacation so special.
If I could, I’d give this review as many stars as were sparkling over the mountain that late evening.

We had the best time staying here this weekend! We had everything we needed and more! We spent our days snow skiing at Sugar Mountain, hiking to see Linville Falls & enjoying the Linville Falls Winery. At night we would enjoy a cup of coffee and watch Netflix movies! It’s the perfect location to do all the things! We even got to see a little snow before we left to head back home! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to hopefully come back! I highly recommend! 😁

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy condo. The condo was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the kids loft. Everything you could need and more is provided. The coffee bar and the fresh baked cookies on arrival were such a treat. The view is amazing. We will definitely be back. This is our second stay in this unit and our 8th stay in this development. This is by far the best condo. It is beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and has many other extras too numerous to mention. Owner is so accommodating and easy to work with. My family is looking forward to our next visit.
