Perfect location right on boardwalk. Steps from beach. All the amenities we needed including towels, beach chairs, umbrella. Check in and out was a breeze. Clean, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend!

Quaint apartment steps from the beach and boardwalk. Had everything we needed for a three night stay for two adults.

Communication with Olga was to notch. She was very responsive and kept in touch. The space was adequate except for the bathroom. It was TINY and there was hardly any water pressure.

We had a great stay, the apartment is just about 100 steps from the beach, at the very end of the broadwalk. It is about 3/4 down the broadwalk to a little store, nightclub and bike rental shop and a little over a mile to get to Margarittaville-and the bandstand. This apartment is on the quiet end of the broadwalk, for sure. My hubby and I didn't mind the walk. You can not really see the water from the apartment, and there is no outside seating, for this apartment on the broadwalk side of the building. There is a nice, side area to sit in, but it is enclosed and has only the view of the back of the building. The inside space was clean and nice. Enough space for my husband and I, but would be tight with anymore people. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed for small meals. It was great having beach towels available. There were also "camp" style chairs to take to the beach. There were 2 beach style chairs, but both were broken. The beach blanket that was in the closet, was nice to have in the sand also.

We had a wonderful visit, would recommend this home for a quiet stay. It is on the very end of the broad walk past Hollywood resort and Alvin’s restaurant, the washer and dryer are outside and is an extra charge per stay. Olga was very nice and stayed in contact with us the whole time, check in was very easy. Plenty of room in the unit and everything you need, cooler, towels, chairs, cable and internet. Thank you again!

Great property just feet from the beach! Great walks daily down the broadwalk which offers bars & restaurants galore. Olga was wonderful in communicating with me prior to and during my stay.

Apartment was clean and well-stocked and we were happy with our stay. Olga was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Only caveat would be the parking situation. Parking pass was reasonable ($21/week) but printing can be a hassle so you need hit a FedEx office or the like to get that addressed.

We had a great time at Hollywood Beach. The property was small, but clean, well stocked and in a great location just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Olga was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

Cleaning staff that was cleaning other apartments in the building always said hi and was super friendly! Olga was super to work with and make everything a breeze. Location was nice for the quietness and safety however it was a decent walk at times if you wanted to travel down the broadwalk.
