Very quiet neighborhood

Wonderful family vacation. Host was very easy to communicate with and house was exactly as listed. Peaceful and relaxing. Great location too! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we come back to Sarasota.

The house is a super cute older home in a quiet neighborhood. We came down to spend Thanksgiving with family in Florida and had a blast. The kids loved the pool. I definitely recommend asking for it to be heated if you are staying in winter months. It was close to pretty much everything we needed (Target/Starbucks/Publix) and only a quick drive to Siesta Key beach. The host Victoria is awesome and responded quickly. We had 9 people. One couple in the flamingo room, one in the master, a teen on the futon, a teen on the couch bed, and 3 kids in the bunk bed room. Couch bed was easy to set up and tear down each day. Decor was really cute all over and the patio is gorgeous at night. Only downside for us was the flamingo bed felt more like a double than a queen and the bathrooms do not have vents, but they do have windows. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely visit again.

Clean house, perfectly organized. No signs of pets from stays of previous guests, as promised. Nicely sized swimmingpool, good mattresses, bedding, towels provided, including plenty of beach towels. Confortably accomodates family of 5. Highly recommended!

The property really was cutely decorated. It appears to be an older property that had recent renovations. The interior was clean The pool area is very dated and needed repairs and cleaning. A rail is needed for entering and exiting the water. The number of occupants is over stated. The futon is good for only one child up to an age of 8. It should be advertised a maximum of 10 people with 2 being children.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were all there along with a wagon to carry it all on the beach! They thought of everything. Everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. We used all the rooms and the pull out couch and all were very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms with teenagers was great and we loved having the washer and dryer. We will definately be back !

We had a great time at this house! The kids loved the pool, adults loved the outdoor living areas, and three bathrooms is a definite winner with a large group! The house was cute, clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and it even had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon. We will go back !

I wanna start of by saying the house was very comforting, Included everything and some. Pool & patio was clean. The house setting was very welcoming. Victoria made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend. Thanks for allowing us to stay we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great spot to chill and not too far from the beach. Neighborhood doesn’t look the greatest but didn’t hear or see any issues. It has everything you need and we could sleep 11 people comfortably here.

House was ok but not what we are used to. It was clean but HOT. After even a COLD shower we weren’t able to get ready in the bathrooms ( no air vents in there) where the mirrors are. Too hot. All anyone wants is to be clean and to be cool after a day in the hot Florida. House never did cool down enough to get comfortable. Burned up at night Burned up in the daytime. Manager acted concerned sent someone out but he said there was basically nothing he could do. I asked him if his house was 78 degrees he said no. But just shrugged it off. So we burned up the whole trip. The coolest the house got was 74 during the night. I would not recommend this home unless the AC is replaced.

QuietMy daughter just wanted a quiet relaxing 50th celebration birthday….This was an ideal place …Very Relaxing…We didn’t have a lot of overcrowding of people , like at a hotel …Had our own private pool …A lot of ME time …Close to a lot of beaches and shopping…The rental was very homey and well stock …Well worth the trip…The Host Victoria was extremely attentive when I had to text her …I would definitely be a returning guest for sure ..Again thank you Victoria for a memorable birthday gift for my daughter…May you have many blessings in the upcoming years …

We stayed 4 days house was clean and spotless pool was warm and beds were super comfortable would stay again

This property is just as pictured. Beautiful, roomy, and cozy. The owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect, right down to having beach equipment available for our use.

Great house lots of room and everything you needed for a family vacation!

The home is perfect! The owner is very responsive and it is close to many popular locations. We loved having our own pool. The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, awesome stay and we would definitely visit again.

We came in town for a Softball tournament and the house was close to everything we needed. It had space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The pool was great to come back to cool down after games.

The advertised pictures did not accurately reflect the house as the house was dirty, furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, the window and door frames were rusty, the nice TVs were not subscribed so nothing to watch, the fence was down and trash piled in the yard, the shelves in the frig were rusted, beds were uncomfortable.

The house was so cute and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there is everything you need for beach or pool. The whole family loved the pool and outdoor living space. We loved the Blackstone grill and want to get one now! We loved having three full baths. It is a great location , close to stores, restaurants and about 6 or 7 miles from the beach. I read a previous review and wasn’t sure what to expect of the neighborhood . The neighborhood is older but very peaceful. We will definitely be coming back !

I will give you the Positive and Negative. First the positive- The Master Bedroom and Bathroom were really nice. The kitchen was supplied nicely. The pool itself was nice. Negative- The couch was broken and you could not sit on it comfortably. The property owner said she had one ordered, but that didn’t help us, should of had a Plan B and had a proper couch there. TV in the living didn’t work when we got there, owner said to jiggle the Roku. After 45 mins we got it to work. Kitchen stools were all stained. We had to pay an extra 75 dollars to have the pool heated. The pool area was screened in but the screen had holes and it was torn by one of the doors. Because of the hole in the screen a large Raccoon got into outdoor patio, which scared us to death. We couldn’t go outside at night after we saw that. The yard around the pool is ugly. You looked at broken fencing, mold on the garage and no landscaping. All the floats had holes in them. The neighborhood is awful, check google maps, before you go.

My husband and I really enjoyed the master bedroom and the pool area. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was clean. Some appliances and kitchen supplies could be updated. The owner is very responsive.

Great property for our 4 day stay. Loved outdoor space, and indoor amenities. But, the only comfortable bed in the house was in the master bedroom. Get some new furniture and its a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed this house & pool, peaceful neighborhood, house has everything you need! We arrived a little earlier than expected & host allowed us to check in!! Would stay again!!

First, the positives: There were no bugs We had a place to crash Told the owner we we missing extra toilet paper & paper towels, coffee maker didn’t work & there were hairs all over the wall & shower. She responded very quickly & had supplies sent. A+ for communication & action. I had already cleaned up the hairs & told the owner that sending the cleaning crew wasn’t necessary. She ignored my message & sent them anyway. That didn’t make my family that stayed back at the property feel very comfortable or safe. Cobwebs in the greenery above the sink in kitchen. Not appetizing. Definitely will not sleep 11, I’d say 8 or 9 at the most but not comfortably. Also in the description of the property, it states there is a brand new grill. This is absolutely untrue; grill wasn’t up kept & it stopped working mid grill, temperature steadily dropped as we were cooking. Gas was empty & there wasn’t an extra tank to replace. We were leaving the next day & did not complain. Refrigerator was duct taped together on bottom with stains below. Not really functional. Did not complain but needs to be replaced. Owner blamed other problems on “The Holidays”…

We were building power lines damaged by the hurricane. Was a very comfortable house to stay in.

Very well kept property. Owner was super awesome to work with stayed in touch when we needed her. I will definitely use house again. Pool was very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of the house is a bit inaccurate. The house definitely needs TLC in the outside and also in the inside. House was dirty it but it has that false illusion as being clean. Main room the wall close to the closet with mirror doors had bugers stucked to it. The main door has lots of black spots on it that could easily be cleaned off the mat on the outside had wear and tear it was even moldy. It is very disappointing for the house to have this first impression because you can already know what it will be from the inside. The neighborhood I can understand the owner of this house has no control over it but not so great of a neighborhood lots of houses around the neighborhood are not taken care of so it gives a bad impression. The pool area had lots of mold around it. It’s crazy how “extrict” they are when sending a contract but the house is not in good shape. Needs to do better in maintaining this house presentable.

We rented the house for my family and my parents. There was a total of 8 of us, ages 17 years and up. We definitely would not have been able to have up to 11 people stay. The house comfortably sleeps 7 adults. Every time I had to text the owner she responded quickly and pleasantly. She addressed any issues immediately. Loved having the pool and being able to swim whenever we wanted. Will definitely look at renting here again if we visit Sarasota again!

In town for funeral. House was as advertised and everything we needed. There was a large section of screen missing from pool cage top which created a mosquito problem day and night when using outdoor area in back. Mattresses were adequate but king & flamingo room pretty hard and not super comfortable. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful bathrooms and decorated nicely. Host was responsive when I reached out with questions.

The host was very responsive before and during our stay. The wifi was great. Beds were comfortable. Towels - both bath and beach - were plentiful. The pool was a lovely place to relax. Everything about the house was perfect. I did not notice air traffic that another review mentioned. The neighborhood may not be the most telegenic and the house may not have the best curb appeal but it was amazing.

We stayed with our 3 kids, 2 nieces, and parents. Calling this a 4 bedroom is misleading as the 4th bedroom/flex space is the ENTRY to the home with a very uncomfortable futon. Our plan was to have our littles sleep there but they wound up in our bedroom as we didn’t feel comfortable having kids sleep in the room with the main access to the home. Encountered several things that could have been better: huge rip in roof of pool screen = lots of bugs, cockroach in bathroom, no extra toilet paper, leaky toilet, trouble with AC settings, rips in sheets, sleeper sofa that should be updated, lack of window coverings in bunk room. The home is updated but could use some attention. The host was responsive but very little resolution while we were still there. Neighborhood is quiet but a little rough around the edges. It served its purpose for this trip but won’t be booking again.

We had a blast! Everyone enjoyed the great pool and nice house. This house suited a family very nicely. It was eve thing we wanted.

Very nice stay, house was incredible, can’t wait to return.
