The house is beautiful with all that you need to have a lovely stay. We cooked several meals while there and found the kitchen to be well-stocked for our purposes.The integration of the outdoors in the living area makes this house truly special. The sliding doors off the main living area we kept open all the time, and that created a lovely breeze throughout the house that kept us cool. No need for air conditioning (and we were there in mid-July!) The pool and hot tub area had the most amazing view and a lot of privacy.You can walk to the beach from this house by hiking down a trail that takes about 10 minutes. The trail itself is a little steep and might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The bathrooms in this house had small showers, which is my only critique. However there was a nice, big bathtub in one of the master baths.

Stunning sunrise and views! Kids (and us) enjoyed the pool & spa after a day at the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have and not have to rent. Great property!

Wide ocean views from all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Pool and hot tub (which heated up super fast) overlook ocean, very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies, they thought of everything. Very very clean. Also a bonus Tv room well furnished with extra full bath! Property manager very responsive to any questions I had. Location is great, right in Princeville’s North shore, Foodland nearby, close to Kilauea and Hanalei. The location is amazing (we watched whales breaching in the ocean from the upper deck). It’s also a nice walk, moderately rugged, to a wonderfully not-crowded beach. We saw sea turtles on multiple days while snorkeling and just walking along the path. In addition, everything in the house was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough dishes and cookware to meet our needs when eating in. The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to ocean waves and birdsong (roosters crowing too, of course 😀) was very relaxing. The spa was in good working order and simple to operate (just a push of 1 button) and only took about 15 minutes to come up to temperature. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom plus there’s a 4th full bathroom just off the family room. The bathrooms are small but have everything needed. The Princeville shopping area is a 30-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house so several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Our party of 4 found this house to be the perfect location to celebrate my 60th birthday. with the exception of the den, each room has an amazing over ocean view. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining lanai and pool area (which was completely screened from the adjacent house). The property is exactly as depicted in the description and was scrupulously clean. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. We loved our stay and are already planning to return next year!

Views are fantastic! We were able to watch whales and surfers from the deck. Very close to the golf course and short drive to Hanalei which was great. Nice property but a bit dated. House gets hot during the day. Had to pay extra for two portable AC units for 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

This was an amazing home. We were concerned initially about the lack of AC but the home didn't really need it and the management company offered portable AC units for a small cost. The amenities, location, and resources provided at the house were everything we could've needed. The one downside was that you cannot park in the driveway because it leads to an access road for Princeville town. You have to park in the garage or in front of it which is steep. That being said, it would not hinder me from staying there again. Thank you!

Loved our vacation. House beautiful, best views ever, pool and hot tub really nice. Enjoyed meals, game and movie time. Slept well. The description of access to beach needs updating to reflect rigors of non paved trail that descends steeply over dirt and trees, roots, narrow path, over rocks til you reach the beach. Found everything we needed, enjoyed a snorkeling cruise and great sushi at Dolphin!

This place is just spectacular! While there are some minor updates needed (cabinets that don’t close, tiny master bath, grill that needs replacing), the view, the ocean breeze, the seclusion override everything and make it a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of space to siewsd out both indoors and out.

This property was fantastic. The view from the hot tub, porch, and bedrooms is gorgeous! The shower in the downstairs bathroom is quite small, but we just worked around that.
