Nice and clean house, comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped plus cereals, toast and fruit for breakfast. Would definitely come back.

Communication was fab! Room was gorgeous. Small but definately exceeded expectations. Sarah has done a fabulous job of making it feel like a home from home. Shared kitchen is huge and immaculate. Bonus wash room for laundry! And a cute little yard if you smoke or catch it on a sunny day.

Comfortable bed and lots of extra things in the room like iron, tea, coffee, etc. Good location, bus stop not far away and train as well. About 5-10 min walk to each. Lots of treats in the kitchen. Access to property very easy with lock box.

Bathroom is down the hall but I knew that when I booked it. Very clean modern bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and another toilet next to it.

The location was great, between LFC Academy, Anfield, and Liverpool, the guest house was clean, although some of the other guests did clean up after themselves

Only one shower between 5 rooms, and the shower could do with an upgrade, ended up with water all over the floor

Comunication was excellent, as was the location. Quality of accommodation was first class +1, Facilities were second to none. And the presentation , Facilities, Clenliness was th very best - of ANY holiday accommodation I have ever stopped at. I would not hesitate in booking with you again. The location was perfect for us as not too far into town. Room was very spacious

The unit is difficult to find. Once you enter the house (private property convert to hotel), the staircase is narrow and steep. It is not suitable for elderly to stay as need to climb steps(no lift). There is some info misrepresentation as there is no air cond unit. The room size is small that just fits nicely a double bed size.

Nothing stated in the booking.com that there is no lift inside the hotel. The toilet is a common toilet.Seem like misrepresentation of information. Difficult to locate the house unit. There is no lobby and staff to ask for help when needed.

Great facilities, use of kitchen was a game changer for work trip. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication.

Could do with darker / light blocking curtains in front room.

Nice room, clean and tidy on top floor. Had to ask for extra covers as duvet was thin and we are always freezing! That was provided promptly.

No toilet on our floor but maybe I could have read the advert better!

Breakfast was toast and cereals which was fine for us, the location was good.

Sat evening guests in next room very noisy drunk and arguing at 2am to 6am.

2nd time I've stayed here this year. Lovely house, love the location and on street parking was good. Use of kitchen and well stocked cupboards is very welcome.
