Présence de nombreux cafard dans ma chambre, des jours sans eau chaud .

In the beginning i had several issues with the room however next day all was fixed and the stay was good. I had a room with a really great view over the city that more enjoyable in the evening The location is near to few metro stations. Some landmarks are nearby as well. They have good pool and steam room. Hotel has small shop where you can buy some grocery. The internet was working perfect.

That the pool on 48th floor you can visit only ones and you need to pay for that. The staff on check in time was not really friendly. But the girl name Aida was great: smiling, friendly, trying to help and always ready to assist. Maybe will be good if they have some restaurants

We chose the expensive suite hoping to get the twin tower view, but we did not. Same with the bathtub, pictures showed bathtub but there was no bathtub. Hot water was not working smoothly. It was either normal or extremely hot. Was DISGUSTING as the shower gel had a hair inside the bottle, they again refilled the bottle without checking on the second day of our stay at time of housekeeping. No mirror except the one in the washroom, was difficult to get ready (get dressed and do hair or makeup). Mosquitoes swarming all over the suite. Even after we used mosquito spray, mosquitoes would come back again at night and we could not find where it was coming from as we did not open any windows. No daily housekeeping. Takes a deposit of 300 RM.

The night view is nice, can see part of the KL.

What I didn't like is a bed is too old is noisy, remote control no battery and the car park remote control also no battery they didn't check before we check in.

The pool view

My Key , no complimentary water , booked as a couple cutlery f or one person no instructions on how to operate the Vpad for tv or it did not work had to pay 12 RM each to use the pool was woken up at 11.17 pm by my key staff asking if we could move rooms as they gave us wrong key and the people who should have our room had arrived we had been in room since 3 pm we had eaten unpacked etc refused to move Never slept well after that There is nothing near for food but the convenient store below was ok

The area is nice. It's near the National Art Gallery and National Library. Highly recommend visiting the places.

It's kinda hard to get a taxi in the morning.

No breakfast, but there is great convenience store with bio products etc. That is open almost the whole day. They have locally produced cheesecakes, beer etc.
