House was very comfortable and well maintained. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. Nice towels. The owner was very quick to answer some queries we had. Neighbour was extremely helpful when we needed to use a local A&E! Very nice pub nearby and a Co-op.

I did find the lighting a bit subdued when trying to do my makeup in the morning. Plus whilst very lovely to look at I was a bit worried about getting the light coloured carpets dirty.

Very Cosy property. Little extras like liquid soap provided, coffee machine with coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival. Fixtures and fittings and decor and cleanliness all to a very high standard. Lovely peaceful location. We spent a lovely Christmas here and will definitely stay there again. Tina the host was very helpful.

The house set up lovely; the dining table was dressed, the lounge looked cosy and welcoming and the facilities were very good. having three young boys, the back garden was a bonus and inside the house felt spacious and comfortable.

There was only a couple of tiny things (pretty insignificant really)- I couldn't find any tea spoons - anywhere! The house was cold when we arrived as radiators were switched off (although it warmed up quickly), a couple of lights needed new bulbs and although the booking in info was detailed, there wasn't any booking out information given. I did find some, but I had to search back to the very first stages of booking to find it - I will say however that we ran late booking out (a nappy emergency), the owner was understanding and the cleaner who had already turned up to clean was very patient and friendly.

Good location and a few thoughtful extras like a bottle of wine, well supplied kitchen with utensils, charger cables and board games. House was very comfortable on the whole. Sofa in the living room was super. Showers were brilliant along with the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bins were taken out by a neighbour which was really kind. Parking was perfect. Good amenities in the locale.

House was a little too hot and we only discovered on the morning we were leaving how to turn this down. No instructions that we could find. Not all radiators could be turned down. Lights in the back garden would be really good for arriving/returning in the dark. We would still return for another stay though as the positives outweighed these!

Lighting in the lounge was not great, gloomy and not bright enough. The house lacked instructions for some of the appliances which made it difficult to use some of the facilities.

It was a very cosy comfortable modern house. And it was beautifully clean!! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Was absolutely gorgeous. Could not fault this stay one bit. We had everything we needed and was even welcomed with a bottle of wine. I would 1 million percent stay here again
