Everything was just very comfortable and new. Highly recommend this place

Perfect for our needs.

We came to Bend from the Seattle area, to see my adult girls. It was 10 minutes from each of them.

Had a wonderful stay with our kids. Everything was clean and very comfortable. They even had someone plow the snow out front which was very much appreciated. Loved our stay.

The Jacksons place felt like home, very clean and very affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was super clean and the area is quiet. Comfortable beds and a nice layout for a family, with separation of the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. TV's in several rooms, though the one in the primary bedroom was a bit problematic. Overall a fantastic value.

Clean home with a great kitchen. Had everything needed to prep and serve meals. Grill on the side patio was utilized. Water pressure was better than most hotels. Comfy bed, couches and the tall pub table was perfect to watch a ballgame from after work.

Great home in convenient area to grocery stores and restaurants. This home has everything you need to cook meals for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I might weed the front a bit to make an overall good first impression. The inside was very nice full of all the immunities you might need.

We loved our stay at this house! We had plenty of room to host an early Thanksgiving dinner and a lovely well stocked kitchen to prepare it in. The property was exceptionally clean and check-in and out could not have been easier! Hope to stay here again.

We loved staying at Jacksons Place home. The home was clean and kept cool for our arrival; and was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal (pots, pans, dishes, etc). The coffee beans was a big plus for us! The bed was very comfortable and best of all quiet neighborhood. My only issue is that we couldn't figure out how to work the big screen in the master bedroom. Having written instructions would be helpful. Overall an A+ experience. We're planning to visit Bend, OR again in the Fall/Winter and will look to stay at Jacksons Place.

There was urine on the wall from a large dog on the wall in one of upstairs bedrooms. It smelt when we first come in.

Comfortable house Clean house and in a good location to stores around us. Backyard was small so not a good set up for entertaining others other than that it’s a really cute house for a small gathering

Great place to relax

Nice, open floor plan; easy for the family to gather. Good yard for dogs. Big kitchen (with typical ABB/VRBO dull knives). Lots of bikes to use in the garage. Only complaint is the dishwasher didn't work. Management said they'd have someone come fix it, but they didn't show any of the 3 days we were there.

The house was just as expected. Everything was 5 star except for the a/c. To be fair we were staying there during the mass heat wave and 110+ degree weather. Downstairs the a/c was perfect but upstairs was real warm. We had it set on the lowest setting which was 68. Upstairs never went under 72 degrees, which isn’t terrible but we are from the PNW where 72 degrees is a hot summer day. lol. The manager was quick to reply and it wasn’t a big deal, we would stay again for sure! Also the previous renter forgot to drag the garbage to the curb so when we arrive the trash and recycle cans were overflowing. I shot the manager a text and by morning the garbage was empty so they replied super fast! We had a great time. The bikes were a huge hit. The location was perfect. We went on two bike rides, one to the frozen yogurt place and one for yummy palomas! Great property! Great management! Very clean!

My family was in town for my son's graduation. The house was a great landing pad for my family. Very nice house. Great location.

Your home was very lovely and bright! I really enjoyed the location which was only 1.5 miles from my daughter's home.I would like to make the suggestion that you add an easy chair and some table lamps in the living room as the overheadlighting is not good for relaxing and reading.Also, the upstairs bedrooms did not have lamps on their nightstands which makes it difficult to read in bed.Otherwise, I loved it! The house is large & the loft is set up to keep the kids entertained upstairs & the adults downstairs!! Everything delivers here & if you have your furry friend with you, there is room for them to have their own space also!! I would say, the mattresses have plastic bags on them ( understandable during these times) but exactly like sleeping on a crib mattress.....& no tv in the master bedroom. Otherwise great! The property manager was very accommodating & left us to our vacation.
