The property was great - loved the balcony, good location, building amenities were amazing.

There were a few things I didn’t like. - this is like an Airbnb but does not have any “home amenities” like seasoning, cream for coffee etc. - check out time is pretty strict, I was about 20 late checking out and a women was waiting outside for me to vacate the premises. - the shower in the master bedroom leaks water, extra bath mats would be nice. - I couldn’t figure out to how change the language in the secondary room from Spanish to English.

The facilities are incredible but the staff and amenities offered which are none could greatly be improved.

Most of the staff except for the valet was rude and I paid in advance so I wouldn't be inconvenienced and I could just get the key and go to the room. I was informed once I get there that there is an additional fee of 480.00. Once I checked out 140.00 was given back. They claim that it is for valet and resort fees. I don't know if I'll be back because of that.

The apartment was beautiful.

Elevators were down multiple times. They charge an additional $330 for a deposit. 35$/day for resort fees plus 14% when you arrive to check in. I consider this a hidden fee.

It was a great experience overall and we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Not enough towels and wash cloths for the entire stay. Also, but enough soap and lotion products. Elevator wait time was very long. Lastly, there should be some mention that the unit is located on the 5th floor, the pictures posted make it appear to be on a higher floor level.

wow such a beautiful and spacious apartment, we felt like we rented an executive suite! very clean, modern and tastefully decorated and the view and patio are simply amazing. It was so great to have breakfast on patio and drink wine in the evening, enjoying the view. TVs in all rooms and we appreciated access to netflix/youtube etc. The host were really nice leaving us some chocolate to greet us. Very welcoming property that we will remember forever and this is one of these places you want to come back. Great location and 7-10 min walk to the beach. If you have a car, pretty close to everything you care about. Building stuff was nice and welcoming.

WiFi was provided by building management and was really bad and not even working in most rooms but one bedroom. So if you plan to work or stream content over WiFi, you will be out of luck. Owners have a their own router and I guess internet connection is much better since TVs work fine with Netflix but we were only given wifi password to hotel and it was pretty useless. The bar of 6th floor is overprices and not good - did they even put alcohol in drinks? We did not think so. But this is not the owners fault.

The view from this apartment is amazing. Very clean. Staff is friendly.

Great location. Views were awesome. Beach access was nice and accommodating with two chairs and umbrella. Had hick ups at checkin due to issues out of host control, but the host was accommodating. I would recommend!
