Von Anfang war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bzw. dem Team an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet. Das einchecken erfolgte problemlos auch nach 17 Uhr. Super der Aufzug, denn unsere Wohnung war im 4. OG. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung für 4 Personen war hervorragend mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küchenzeile sowie einem kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof.
Stylische Ausstattung im Bad, mit weichen Handtüchern, Fön, Duschgel, Handseife und Shampoo, sogar mit Kleenex-Box. Die Zimmer und Wohnzimmer sind fast schon gehobenes Hotelniveau mit genügend Stauraum im Schrank, Platz für Koffer etc. 3 TVs und die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Genügend Geschirrtücher, Spültuch, Spülmittel, Tabs für die Geschirrspülmittel alles vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und vom Interieur chic und modern, bis hin zur Mülltrennung.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt mit Bus und S-Bahn. Zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Anmerkung:
Durch das internationale Umfeld mit Shisha-Bars, Spätis und Essensangeboten verschiedener Nationalitäten war es bis spät in die Nacht lebendig und manchmal geräuschvoll ohne Rücksicht auf schlafende Nachbarn.

The staff is great (a special mention for Nina :)), the studio was very clean and very comfotable. Heated floor is a big plus when you arrive after a long and cold day :) You have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
I have just a suggestion, not a complaint - for international guests would be great to have at least 1-2 TV channels in English. Currently there were only German channels, so the TV was useless for me in this situation.

The apartment was well laid out and had all the facilities we needed. The bed was large and comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well.
There were no dislikes, everything was perfect.

Schönes Design mit viel Liebe zum Detail. alles gut ausgenutzt und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Super angebunden an den ÖPNV. bequemes Bett und viel Stauraum für Klamotten.
Einzige schlechte Erfahrung war das self check-in. Kamen um 22:30 an und die Maschine war defekt. Uns wurde aber erfreulicherweise schnell geholfen. Aber trotzdem ärgerlich nach 6 Stunden Fahrt nicht endlich ins Bett zu können :(

The staff were all very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The location is great, a quick walk to the Wedding Station and you can be anywhere. Apartments are clean, well appointed.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Janine Strupp helped arrange items for my visiting grandson and gave great directions re mass transit. Aaron Vazquez was extremely helpful, especially during the booking process.
The apartment is in a great area, close to mass transit; and as a diverse neighborhood, it offered many opportunities to try different foods.
We would stay again and definitely recommend it …a win/win!
Because our needs changed, we moved from the two bedroom to the one bedroom. Both were well appointed, well stocked; and I see no improvements necessary. Really, they were just what we expected…and got!

The bed sheets were really clean, plus of the apartment is the second bathroom. The reception was super responsive and obliging. Really good mattresses, i have slept there like a baby. It is definitely great value for money.
The area can be sketchy, with a lot of noisy people around the corner at night, however, we felt safe, while walking at night back to the apartment.

Very well designed small apartment with everything you need. Excellent condition, very clean and friendly staff. Good S and U Bahn connections to the city. Neighborhood lively and with restaurants and cafes nearby.
The place in front of the apartment is very lively at night, so one has to sleep with windows closed. The windows are triple glaze, so then it's quiet. However, then the aircon (good quality, quiet) must be on to avoid stuffy air, which is not everybody's preferred choice.

Great place to stay in a fascinating city. More or less everything we needed was already in the apartment, which was beautifully clean, very quiet, and definitely felt very secure and safe. Nice to sit on the little balcony overlooking a lively little square.
Remote control for TV: batteries were dead, the concierge replaced them immediately, but the new batteries died overnight. There must be an issue with the remote?

The apartment is equipped with all necessary means of daily life. That includes small kitchen appliances, an iron for clothes, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave... the towels were clean and of good quality.
There is a washmachine available for laundry in the basement. You have to pay only for the detergents. So, you can wash your clothes, if you want to stay for a long time.
The neighborhood is not attractive. For example, I didn't enjoy the scenes while I was drinking coffee on the balcony.
But that was not a big issue.

This was a great apartment for us to use as our base in Berlin for 5 days.
It’s convenient to many amenities but it’s not the closest to the major sites if that’s your thing. That said it’s only 6 min walk to the U bahn to get everywhere.

Spacious, well designed. Very comfortable, great for families. Gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and nice.
It’s totally safe but some of the people in the area are a little sketchy.

Our ratings above say it all. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Doors opening out into the balconies are openable by 3-5 year olds and the balcony balustrades are horizontal making climbing over a risk. We watched our two grandchildren in that age group carefully.

The apartment was everything we could want and more. It was very well equipped and spacious, especially with having the 2 very large balconies as seating areas. We didn't use the kitchen too much but when we did, everything was provided. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Left our luggage for an early check in then again on the last day after check out. The location was a bit further out from the centre but this was not a problem as there are several transport links very nearby so travel across the city was easy. There are restaurants and bars nearby as well as bakers and coffee shops.

Location of the place isn't good for a short term (2-5 days) Berlin visitor because you need the extra commute to travel to places for restaurants, bars or sightseeing.

Apartment is really nice and the staff very friendly. With the availability of the baby chairs and baby cots for the two babies we were traveling with. Very practical with the two bathrooms. Located very close to metro (U and S) and good connection with airport.
We were on the first floor and in the weekend you hear some music from the bar downstairs. Due to good isolation and windows it luckily did not disturb that much.

Spotlessly clean, excellently equipped, comfortable, close to amenities, a short u bahn ride from central Berlin - we all loved it. We agreed that if we do return to Berlin, it's highly likely we stay here again!

The location is perfect. Not only you can get direct access to the U-Bahn and the bus that goes along the major spots in Berlin, you can easily get on the S-Ring. It makes travel within Berlin very easy. You only need about 30 minutes to get anywhere from the place. Restaurants and supermarket are also very easy to find around the area. The place itself is very clean, the staff really nice, and the place just magnificent.
We stayed at the room on the ground floor with our own terrace in the inner courtyard. There is a bar right next to us and when the bar is full, there are people sitting on terrace of the bar right next to our terrace. So only when the bar is full (around evening/night) did it feel a bit crowded with strangers right next to your terrace. However, when you get into the room, you wouldn't realize the noise at all so they are not by any means noisy. It is just a bit uncomfortable regarding the privacy part, but it's not a major issue at all.
