Generally good. Location was excellent.
There were two greasy trays in the oven when we arrived.
It was very hot upstairs. 28 deg C made it difficult to sleep at night even with the windows open. Fans were provided but made no difference.

Very easy, sunny, heated, bach. Plenty of room for a family of 5 (four adults, one child). Spacious. Functional kitchen, dining area. Two bathrooms, upstairs/downstairs.

In a great location, private and quiet but close/walkable to town. Compact unit but the layout is functional so is suitable for small family/group with all the mod cons needed. Like all Bach Break properties it is immaculately presented.

Fantastic location for park and downtown. Modern clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the upstairs bedrooms were very hot because of the sunny day but the fans helped.

This may not be the biggest property you’ll ever stay in but it proves the adage that good things come in small packages. There are two bedrooms up narrow stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. For everyone else, the rooms are a comfortable size with a decently roomy bathroom.
The same can be said of the bedroom and ensuite downstairs, with the combined kitchen/dining and living room more than adequate for the three of us (adult women). The house is minutes from the town centre, restaurants and the Coastal Walk and was an absolutely delightful choice for our stay in the equally delightful New Plymouth.

House was in a great location 3 or so street from main shops / close to gardens / park. Modern property at the back of 3 (down a driveway so nice and private). Having the garage was great as we had bikes to store.
House had everything you needed (Wifi, washing machine & dryer even) and the layout was great. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Cute little courtyard and parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway also.

Stayed for 5 nights here for a family of 4 with 2 preschool aged kids. Excellent central location, 2 mins walk from pukekura park and 6 mins walk to supermarket. Very quiet. House was immaculate and well appointed. Even had laundry powder! Definitely staying again. Thank you!

This lovely property is close to the TSB Stadium, Pukekura Park,several restaurants and the shops. We walked to most of these places during our stay. The area was very quiet and the facilities were excellent. The garage was available to us and there was other off street parking as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
