Excellent overall experience, Derek the owner is very attentive to his property and any issues that may arise

What an amazing property and experience! Loved that my adult children had their own space with pocket doors that separated their "wing" from the common areas. Derek was very responsive and welcoming.

Close to the pickleball venue, pickleball courts in neighborhood we warmed up on, gated community, great space in lovely house with pool.

Lovely place with nice pool, well-equipped kitchen, beach equipment and awesome view of the water. Very relaxed and quiet neighborhood.

The place was great and the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for us all, great amount of cooking supplies, and a lot of toys in the garage for both at the house and the beach!

This property and management exceeded all expectations. The house itself with 4 well appointed bedrooms and pool area was very comfortable. Host provided for all possible needs.....bikes,Pickle ball equipment, Alexas ,Keurig,blender, grill and could go on and on. We really enjoyed the location as short drive to all attractions. This is also a great walking neigborhood.This VRBO gets an A Plus!

We stayed at this property for little over three weeks. House was great, could tell it had been professionally decorated. Excellent location, equally convenient to both North Naples and Downtown Naples. Great neighborhood, excellent for walking and biking. Owner was very accessible, minor things that popped up were immediately addressed. Neighborhood fountain in lake behind house added an extra touch to the house. I would definitely stay here again and if I could I would rate this a 5+ for the extra little details that Derek goes to to make this house a class above other properties. For example, things like the endless household supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent, toiletries), Alexa indoor and outdoor, multiple coffee machines, etc. And as noted before, the responsiveness by the owner.

This home is terrific. Very efficient layout, maximizing private sleeping quarters as well as living space. Extremely comfortable beds in every bedroom. Clean, contemporary aesthetic with luxurious primary bath. Fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Beautiful salt water pool which felt soothing on the skin. Setting on the lake was lovely. The owner thought of everything - bach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, children's beach toys and equipment (booster seat, high chair, step stools). We have rented any homes and this was the best.

Derek, the host, with attention to detail, will reflect in the property, check-in, overall stay, and the more straightforward check-out processes. Simply a great experience!

This home was perfect. It has everything you need....and then some! Great host/owner that is approachable and helpful. The house was laid out perfectly, the pool is a great size and the temperature was perfect! The garage was full of toys, bikes, beach gear, fishing poles - toys for everyone! We plan to come back here next time!

Everything about this vacation stay was A+ The house was outstanding with everything you could think of. This was a merged family vacation and the layout of the home was perfect for two families! The kicking size masters were a bonus! The host literally thought of everything! We will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect property for 8 women, several who love to swim, love to cook in an open space, and for those who simply want to relax. Totally enjoyable.

Our family of four had a wonderful week in this home. Derek is a fantastic host! He was very communicative and super responsive when I sent him an email. He called and solved my issue but was willing to bend backward to ensure we had what we needed. No detail is neglected in this home. I cannot think of one thing missing that we needed. Everything is thought of from pool and beach toys to bicycles, helmets, coolers, and beach chairs. Everything you could want or need is included. The home is laid out perfectly for families with older kids. Everyone had their privacy and own wing with pocket doors in the hallway separating the sleeping quarters from the rest of the house. It's also great for more than one family. Each of the three main bedrooms has a king bed but then there is a side of the house with two bedrooms with one bedroom having two twin beds and a rollaway bed in the closet if you need more sleeping spaces. I can't say enough and I already miss my time in the morning, drinking my coffee out by the pool. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. Downtown Naples is absolutely charming. We also took a day trip to Miami, which is about two hours away. and Sanibel Island which is about one hour away. Thank you again for your hospitality, Derek. : )

We had an amazing 9 days at Tivoli Serenity! The house is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you'll need to enjoy your vacation. We have travelled with 3 young children (9, 6, 1) and they ALL had a blast. Derek was great, very easy to communicate with, he provided a ton of info the house with his own personal recommendations. I would highly recommend any 1 Derek's properties in this quiet, meticulously kept neighborhood.

Super clean, super spacious, with all amenities that you will ever need (and then some), pool is spectacular, location/community amazing, beds/mattresses are heavenly, sheets are just like in luxury hotels, everything is awesome. Derek is doing an amazing job, easy to reach and very responsive. Looking forward to utilizing him again!

It was so great having chairs, umbrellas, and coolers stocked in the garage for beach adventures. The gated community is gorgeous and within good distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. It was so lovely coming back to the house every day and relaxing by the pool. Again, thank you for being such a gracious and accommodating host!

Everything was as advertised.

This was our families second time staying in Briarwood, but I have to say this was our most enjoyable time thus far. Derek was extremely accommodating and the house was immaculate. The pool is very much private with all the right amenities. My family has a wonderful time

Our family had a fabulous stay at this house. We have rented many times in the Naples and Marco area, and this was one of the most well stocked houses we have stayed at. There were plenty of necessities provided and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and it was worth it to pay the extra to have it heated. The community is very nice and we took a morning walk every day around the neighborhood. We played tennis at the community center and used the racquets and balls provided. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers for us to use at the beach or while boating. The house was extremely clean and organized. Great stay. Would definitely rent again.

We loved having the warm pool right off the master bedroom, one guest room and the living area - so convenient for everyone staying in the house! The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed every minute we were there!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The spice rack, work-out equipment, and Amazon Alexa system were luxurious extra features we did not expect!! The pool was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the host was attentive. Definitely would recommend!

We have stayed with Derek at two of his properties in Briarwood for three or four years. Very well maintained, great beds, clean and comfortable.

Everything was clean, well appointed, new, well communicated, and there was nothing we felt we compromised on. If anything, the experience was unremarkable because it was so well dialed in and everything was so comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay at 1080 Tivoli property. Briarwood is charming, generally, immaculately clean and quiet. So is this house. Very nice and clean. The most comfortable beds we have ever had in many properties we rented before. You can tell that the owner keeps investing in the property constantly. Brand new master bath, all utensils, pots and pans you may need and all high quality!!!! You could learn from the owner how to choose appliances and mattresses for your own house! Tha salt water pool is a great bonus. If we were to modify anything it would be adding a dimmer for the lanai light bulbs, Overall we had a perfect stay. Bravo for Derek, cleaning company, Briarwood neighborhood. Lovely stay, would recommend it to everyone!
