Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean and the location was perfect. Will consider again for future visits.

The house is clean and comfortable, and living areas feel spacious. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the third room has two twin beds - looks like it would be great for kids. There is a small fully fenced yard which was ideal as we had our two dogs with us and made it so easy to quickly let them out just like we do at home. Location is great - walking distance to town through Drake park as well as 10 Barrel and all the great places on Galveston. Quiet, clean neighborhood. We booked last minute as we were staying in another rental that didn't turn out to be as advertised and we chose to relocate. Everything about the rental process here was seamless and easy and we were SO glad we ended up here, it saved our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay and loved being so close to everything! The back yard was perfect for our dog and the neighborhood was really quiet, but still close to everything. Definitely recommend!

So many good things to say! Location is absolutely perfect, can walk to everything. Place was very clean, check in and check out simple, and a lot of really nice "extras" - coffee for the first morning, soaps/toiletries, a fresh, wrapped sponge, etc. The only reason for 4 stars is no one's fault, but the heater is VERY loud. At night when it came on my very light sleeper husband would wake up to it, and my 2 year old would also wake up (screaming). Was fine, we turned it off the next night, but just FYI for the light sleepers.

House was fantastic, very comfortable and lots of great amenities. Owners/hosts clearly care for the house and guests.

We had a great stay for a family of 3 - fantastic location walking distance from some great brew pubs and restaurants, and the best bagel place in Bend (Big O’s). The streaming TV choices were great, beds comfy, HVAC warm and responsive. neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to so much! Loved having a washer dryer in the house. The table seated six, which was wonderful for when our local friends came over for dinner. I would definitely stay here again, but would strongly recommend to the owner that they install an in-sink garbage disposal - it’s pretty cheap and makes a difference!

Bigger than we needed but so conveniently located to al things Bend. Only five minute drive from the kids. Wonderful!!

Location location location! This place was warm and cozy. Walking distance to some of the best spots in town and only 20 mins from mt bachelor. I would 100% recommend ppl to stay here if they plan on visiting bend as I plan on staying here again myself! I loved it so much I actually tried to extend my stay. Can’t wait to be back!

Two married couples and a friend occupied this home over the 4th of July weekend. The property manager came to the home at 10:10pm on July 3rd to tell us we needed to go inside the home and that we could not be outside after 10pm. We were outback accompanied by two other couples that live in Bend. All that was happening was some story telling (no music, no fireworks) we complied and sent our friends home. The next morning the manager called and left a menacing and threatening message followed by an email with false accusations of the home occupants using fireworks and running around until 3am. One of the women staying at the house is pregnant so rest assured no one was awake anywhere near 3am and no one in our group possessed fireworks. The house was very run down and had a hole in the bathroom door along with a washing machine that did not work. The neighborhood is one of our favorites (lived there for 7 years) because of its access to all that bend has to offer and tends to be on the more lively side. People were going crazy ALL over the neighborhood and it is safe to say our group of 35 plus year old professionals were having fun but mild compared to surrounding homes. I cannot recommend this home based on its poor management regardless of its ideal location.

The PERFECT home away from home in Bend! Within walking distance to great food, downtown, quick trip to hike, or ski. Having our dog with us was great too.

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. The kitchen was well supplied with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to host dinner for family and friends (10 persons). House was clean and beds very comfortable. Yard is completely fenced and the dog had plenty of room to roam. Adequate parking behind the house and on the street. Neighborhood is very quiet. Communication with property owner was excellent. Michele took care of our needs. We will definitely stay here again. Dave W.

While looking for places to stay on vacation near relatives in Bend I found this place and couldn't have been happier. The house was clean and in such a good location near all that the town has to offer which we could walk to. The house has a great set up and was way better than getting a hotel. I'd highly recommend this VRBO to anyone traveling to Bend.

Great house and location!! So perfect or our group!!

Summary: Amazing location, ok house. Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood in Bend. Walk to coffee, restaurants, breweries, food trucks all while staying in a quiet place. You can float the river almost all the way back to the house. The actual house is just ok. Nothing really wrong, nothing super special. Kind of awkward bedrooms. No AC (but that was known to us) and not all windows have screens so difficult to air out the house without letting bugs in. Hard to beat that neighborhood though!

River West was a very comfortable home in a beautiful Bend neighborhood. This was our third family vacation in Bend where my husband loves to mountain bike ride and our son enjoys running, and of course they enjoy trying out the some of the many breweries. We all agreed that River West was the best location of any place we have stayed in Bend. We could walk everywhere. A grocery store, several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries were all within a 8-10 minute walk of the house. Downtown Bend was only a 15 minute walk. We will return.

The home was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The beds were all comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and close to the river and we enjoyed walking in the mornings. Thank you for a lovely experience!

This property is well located. It was very clean and well appointed. The openness and roominess was a bonus! We also loved the fenced yard. The property is dog and kid friendly. There are two off-street parking spots which we appreciated. We plan to stay there again!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. This house was convenient to the fields, restaurants, shops and Drake Park. The location cannot be beat! The neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything we needed. There is an abundance of towels, which was a nice bonus. We appreciated the comfy beds! We will be back!

This house was a great central location for our long weekend in Bend. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the house, however the adequate fans they have in the house kept us cool.
