Pros: clean, good water pressure and hot water, comfortable bed, WI-FI good, view

Cons: noisy, no curtains to darken the room to sleep so even if you can ignore the roosters the sun is blazing into the room, neighbors (in the condo) dog barks and whines all night, roosters start crowing at 5 am, no bidet hose, never cleaning when we were there, trash cans are the smallest I have ever seen, no direction where to put garbage so it just piled up.

Very responsive host. She make sure everything is perfect. Very comfortable bed and cozy place. Very Clean and Tidy. Very close to the airport. Restaurant accross the street. Walking distance to grocery and mall.

My stay was perfect. Very close to the airport. The internet is so fast. Very comfortable bed after long flight. Big tv with Netflix and very responsive and organize host.

Location of the property was convenient, being very close to Mactan international airport. It also felt very safe as there was security at the gate the whole time. The receptionists and staff within the complex were extremely kind and helpful with our situation

The check-in process for us was a nightmare. Check-in starts at 2PM but when we got to our accomodation at around 4PM, the owner had still not sent the security code to our room. We attempted to contact the owner multiple times in multiple ways, but the owner did not answer any of our calls. We ended up having to leave our bags with reception for a fee and we waited at a mall instead. The code finally arrived after 2 hours at around 6PM with the owner implying that booking.com had prevented her messages being sent through. The room was also not in the best shape. The aircon had a funny smell when we turned it on and the extra bed was extremely uncomfortable. The extra cushions helped but that too had a foul smell. The bathroom floors also weren’t properly cleaned, and despite paying the rate for three adults to stay in the room, there were only two towels, two bottled water etc. We had high hopes for this accomodation given the good reviews it had prior to our stay. It is unfortunate that the check in process was so poorly organised and disappointing that the room was not in the state that was expected. We hope this does not happen again to any traveller

Closest condo from the airport. We had a late arrival in Mactan Airport so we had a late check in. Reception is 24hours open. So easy check in and keyless door. Host make sure everything is fine. Very comfortable bed.

The location was very convenient to the airport and some local restaurants. Ideal for a short stay.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the washing machine to work properly. Also after a blackout the staff couldn’t get the lift operating so we needed to climb the 7 stories with groceries :(. This was just an anomaly but frustrating at the time.
