The property location to the Dubai Mall was a very short walking distance.

The accomadation was very dissapointing, a) No access to the looby as no access card was issued (Security took 10-20mins everytime to allow us in), b) 2nd bathroom had a bad leak every day, c) Unit had a stale smell, d) Queen Beds were old and is not good for our back, e) fixtures are in poor state with some falling off. AED$1000 deposit was totally unecessary. Promises made by the management team was largely not fufiled. They apologised for all the failures but could not do anything further. By far our most dissapointing experience. Definately not worth the value. Please fix all the issues before leasing it out again to other poor visitors.

Location was good, close to Dubai mall. 20 minutes walk to the fountain and Burj Khalifa. The pool is nice. The guest relations officer was helpful and led us to the apartment and came to get the keys when we checked out at 2am

Kitchen had some fancy plates, cups and utensils that are easily breakable and we were told they charge very high if something is broken. But the useful utensils and kitchen items were unavailable. Pantry was literally empty, so if you plan to cook you’d need to buy every single thing from your salt, spices and oil. Pots and pans were very old and scratched that we didn’t want to use them. Location was not provided to us upon booking and it was very hard to find the apartment. Deposit of 1000 dirhams was requested upon arrival, and it had to be in cash which was very inconvenient and we had to pay extra fees to get the cash out and then exchange the money back to our currency for a loss at the airport (because you only get the money back when vacating the apartment). If this was made clear prior to booking I would have considered a different property. Bathrooms and showers were uncomfortable and water flow not strong. Also while we were there water had leaked down to the apartment below so they cut off the water on us for a few hours until this was fixed. In general the apartment was overly decorated with vases and decor items that are fragile (and apparently they charge very high if something happens to them) we were super careful so I would not go there if you have little children

تأخير الدخول قليلا وعدم وجود عربة للحقائب وعدم وضوح الموقع جيدا اضطرينا نلف ثلاث مرات حتى وجدنا المكان غير واضح
