The building looks good

My family and I checked in on July 4th which started off by your staff was not at the desk, when she did come back there was about 6 people lined up and she was still slow and not focused. When coming down later that evening she was too busy visiting with a man to be of any help. Saturday morning when we went to leave for the day, we had noticed that our cover on our truck had been cut open and my luggage was stolen out of the box of the truck. When reporting this to the front desk we did not receive much feedback, sympathy or not even an apology for the inconvenience. We ended up calling the cops so they could start an investigation.Saturday evening my son went to the pool and had to leave as he found bugs in the pool. The room was not clean and when requested to have it cleaned only the beds were made. Garbage was not emptied dishes not taken. Bathroom not straightened up. Sunday morning when going out for a bit we had noticed overnight our truck had been broken into again stealing other things that were of importance we report it to front desk all she could do is laugh and said again. I was so mad this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed. We were expecting better customer service, cleaner rooms, more protected than what we received we spend a lot of money staying there and it wasn't worth it at all for all our trouble and shity service

Nice room and clean

The glass door at the reception looks very messy so you thing how clean will be the room then you get into the room and the mirror was messy the table was sticky so,.....

the fact that in the pictures it was a tab and there was no tab, the fact that when you book it says a price but when you get to the hotel the price is totally different and high!

Pillows were uncomfortable breakfast was cold

Breakfast was disappointing. Tables not clean and lack of variety bread basket empty

Breakfast could have been better and the elevator stunk

The room, cleanliness, location.

The receptionist wasn't very supportive and didn't offer assistance with 3 different concerns that I brought to her attention. Not many breakfast food options.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were super comfortable! Everything was clean and felt welcoming

The location isn’t ideal- right on the Main Hwy- lots of traffic noise and there is a lot of rough people in that area of town

The hotel amenities were comfortable.

The location is not ideal. The police were called on our first night to remove a person that was trying to get into our room at 2am. We did not feel safe after that.

Breakfast, especially the coffee, was better than I’d expected.

Young sports team (girls volleyball) was staying there…. Very loud out in the hallway well into the evening.

Totally adequate. I believe most traveller just want a coffee, juice and piece of fruit or toast to get going in the morning. This was just right

Breakfast itself was good for the space. The space gets a bit cramped in the morning when busy.

Pool was supposed to have towels, sign in our room said to leave the towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Asked for more and never heard back.

Front desk dont even say hi or smile at all

haha the pool is so tiny! it’s like hot tub size. but it was fine

Friendly staff and helpful staff Rooms were clean beds were comfortable.

No decaffeinated coffee in the room. No stir sticks for coffee. Need to wipe the light switches.
