A very convenient, centrally located home with all the amenities of home.

We stayed at this property for my son's university grad from Queen's University. It was a perfect location, close to the university. It was very clean and had ample dishes and supplies in the kitchen to prepare meals. It was on quite a busy street, but the yard was very large. It is a great location and home for a family. The basement has a great entertaining area. We would recommend it to other families. Ryley was very responsive and allowed us an early check in.

We met halfway between where our sons live, (WV & FL) with their families to have Christmas. The house was perfect! Clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the location which was close to grocery stores, Starbucks and even a playground. Ryley was quick to respond to inquiries, which was greatly appreciated.

The house has what I needed as I was in the area to help with new grandchild. House was close by to everything and had everything needed for a longer term stay
Only one note of caution, the home is on a very busy street with constant traffic. Luckily, there is enough driveway to be able to manage turning your car around to pull out.

We stayed at this property while in town for an event. We found the locaiton convenient and the house well appointed for our needs. Communication with the property manager was easy and our stay went exactly as planned.

My husband and I went to this property for a week while I visited family and he worked remotely. We had two dogs with us. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is beautiful and the rooms were very comfy. The backyard was fenced in and our two dogs loved it. It is in a wonderful location in South park. The Magnificent Southpark Mall is a mile away and there were several parks to take the dogs less than 5 minutes away. Overall we will definitely stay again! the property manager was also very prompt at any questions I had. there were no issues while we stayed.

All of the Comforts of Home and More…
What a delightful stay at this treasure of a property!!! All of the comforts of home… outstanding mattress comfort, in every bedroom; a well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook… that would be us…we so appreciated the non-toxic stainless steel cookware!!!) A beautiful backyard for a sweet pooch to enjoy play… and location… perfect access to everything… and Whole Foods less than 5 minutes away!!!
A memorable Easter gathering with our children; a beautiful safe space for our 97 year old mom who suffers with dementia… we found a gem of a property with all of the comforts of home and look forward to a future rental!!!

Great property and nice space
Very nice multi-story property close to everything in Charlotte. Property is clean with great livable spaces, including dining and living rooms. Property manager Ryley is extremely responsive and communicates well. Beds were comfortable and easily handled our party of seven with kids. Great backyard! Thank you

Great stay!
Renting was easy; Riley was always quick to respond. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The games and chalkboard wall in the downstairs game room were fun! Fully fenced in back yard made it easy to let our dog out. I would definitely stay here again.

NC Kids visit
The property served or needs and the big back yard was a bonus we were not aware of. Having the separate game room was nice in the evenings so the adults could have a conservation while the kids were entertained. We would use the property again if we were staying in the area. Very nice neighboorhood but we never found out who Sharon was.

Great Family Time
Very nicely decorated home with nice outside space. Great fenced yard for our family dog and easy to walk him in the neighborhood. Owners leave a welcome basket, that's an unexpected treat, and the home had plenty of space for our family to gather and eat together. They were very responsive and even left us gas in case we had trouble finding a station with gas...we were there for the Colonial Pipeline gas crisis. Great location, property, and owners! We'll stay there again.

Just what was needed
Due to a family emergency we needed to come to Charlotte from Florida for 2 weeks. When looking for a place it had to be dog friendly since they always travel with us. When trying to make the reservation under the stress I totally messed it up as to not including my husband or the dogs. Luckily Ryley worked with me to get it right. The house was a great choice for us even when the freezer went wonky and Ryley came to the rescue right away. Having the house close to our family made the whole experience better. Thanks for making our visit great!!

Perfect location!
This house is perfect! Riley was fantastic to work with, the house is in a perfect location only being 15 minutes from downtown but less than a mile to shopping centers including Homegoods which is dangerous. Our pups loved the huge fenced in backyard. Will definitely keep this house in mind when traveling to Charlotte!

Great Property in a perfect location to downtown and other hot spots
Perfect spot we loved our stay and rent again in a heart beat. The location was clean, perfect description, and close to everything like restaurants, downtown, and all the other hot spots.

Lack of communication and flexibility
The property is fine, on a busy street, but a decent spot. I booked the property for 3 days and our circumstances changed right after I booked the property, I.e. our house closing was moved up. Therefore, I requested a shorter stay within 2 hours of the original booking. Did not get a response from manager until the next day and was basically told to pound sand and pay me. I get it it’s a business decision but 2 hours I think warrants some type of concession. Make sure u buy the insurance if you want to stay at this property. Also, ask yourself do u want to deal with a property manger demonstrates this type of behavior.

Just what we needed
We needed a place to stay close to our home while we had our floors redone. This place was great- very clean, fenced yard for our dog, great bonus room for the kids, and a stocked kitchen. They even left us a basket with wine and snacks! There was plenty of space for our two children and us. The only things I would add are a t.v. in the downstairs bonus room and a motion light on the driveway.

Good spot
Ryley is very responsive which is always a huge help. Rented the property in between closings with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Good location, the street is a bit busy, but a solid spot.

Home away from home
We stayed here while our home was being renovated. The house had everything we needed and more. It’s a great location, has a nice fenced in backyard and deck. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend out of town family to stay here as well. Also, the sellers property manager was super responsive to all of our questions.

Great location!
The house was very clean and everything was in order. Very happy with the house and it was better than we expected. The only negative thing I can say about the whole experience is that it is located on a busy road so it’s very hard to turn left. Only adds about two minutes to turn right and do a u-turn at the light!
