Reeked of cigarettes, old needed renovations.

The price was a value to me. $76.71 tax and all! Friendly staff, room was clean, sinks and shower drained fine (I have had slow draining plumbing in very expensive hotels and affordable hotels alike). The bed was firm the way I prefer and to be honest I was not expecting my experience to be that great because of the price but I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in a non-smoking room yet because of the other smoking rooms, I still had a travel bag that reeked of cigarettes when I returned home. BUT I can put up with that for the price I paid for a clean room. Still a great deal to me!

Ventilation fan was not working in the bathroom. I had requested a king. But got two doubles. I'm assuming a king room was not available. Smelled weed off and on.

The carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl. It holds the smoke smell.

Location good for my trip. Extra nice staff. Breakfast could have had a few more choices.

The front office young lady was sweet and kind. It was not a hide a bed couch. Just a couch. Its a place people live on temp basis I think. We ended up not staying and they kindly refunded our money.

You could hear someone throwing up middle of afternoon. Strong smoke smell in Hallway. Side door was propped open not locked. Room Windows seal was broken and in very bad shape.

I will complete the survey form and mail it. The building needs a sign with a name, not a by the week rate. The building needs a legible large street number. Other things to be on form.

The above caused me a late arrival check in and a late arrival at my event, without time for a shower. (I drove though the area three times trying to find the street location or sign.) The bathroom was POORLY painted, and checked by management before payment was made. TV in awkward place should be diagonal to be viewed from chair and bed. Floor lamp in corner would be functional near the leather chair for reading. Breakfast was instant coffee. I saw nothing to eat. I had fruit with me. Your landscaping is a mess and needs attention. Street appeal is terrible, given the excellent location. The sign near the highway is misleading. Color on it should match a sign with the name of the motel above the drive in entrance. You would generate a better impression and clientele. It is a pity to waste such a valuable location by the lack of management oversight. Check out the sloppy paint on the bathroom floor in 225, and the unfinished job under the sink and behind the toilet. Shower curtain was not in place to prevent slipping and puddling the floor. Handrail on stair should be there for both sides to aid those of us with mobility issues. OTHERWISE, the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Do not waste the opportunities you have in that super location!!!!

If you love the smell is cigarette smoke then this is the place for you. Noticed the yellow lining of the curtains when I drove up to the hotel. No complaints about the front desk woman.

Breakfast was terrible- no juice, milk, cereal etc In the room 3 out of 4 lamps did not work. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke.
