The shower didn’t drain very well

Clara was great with communication, suggesting activities, and helped with taxis to and from the airport. The place was easy to get to, and within walking distance of the city centre. There were instructions for most things in the house, and it was ideal for our party size. Great value for money and would recommend going!

I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn't open. This is down to it being seasonal but unfortunately wasn't updated on booking.com when I booked. Other than that, the house itself was great.

The villa was fantastic it had everything you need.

Easy to access and Carla was was there to give us the keys within 10 minutes of arrival.Villa is in quite area surrounded by similar properties.15 -20 minutes walk to the main attraction Carcassone castle which is the most amazing and magical place.Convenient,one level property,optimised outdoor space very well.Garage and driveway but the car is perfectly safe outside as well.Nice pool-on the small site and fairly shallow which was a bonus for us as we have 2 young kids so is perfectly safe.Very attentive hosts and the couple of issues we had at the begining were sorted pretty much immediatly so our holiday wasn't spoiled at all.Big supermarket within a couple of miles away and bakery 10 minutes walk.Well maintained pool and the gentlemen who looked after it were very helpful and attentive as well

We had to pay an extra 90euros for COVID cleaning so I would say I don't think the money was well spend.Was ok but the kitchen top was very ,very sticky and definitely need attention.Quite dissapointing really.Kitchen utencils quite a few broken,pots and pans with missing/broken lids,scratched surfaces.Overwall dissapointed.Beds with very thin mattresses and wooden frames .In the main bedroom we had 2 very light single wooden frames gathered together with very thin mattresses which wasn't ideal.Only one bedroom had a proper bed with a nice mattres.None of the mattresess had a cover as well!Overwaa I wouldn't say I did get a nice sleep as the beds so uncomfortable. In one of the bedroom we had a big jacuzzi but no wadrobe.The bedroom was fairly small and the jacuzzi is 20-30 cm away from the bed so it creates a massive mess if you decide to use it-the floor and bedding gets wet.Only one bathroom with a shower and separate toilet with no washing sink.
