Whats not to like. The property was in a great location right near the conference centre. 5 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the town centre. spotlessly clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. Waking up to a sea view every morning. Secure property.

It was on a hill, for us it wasn’t a problem but could be for people with mobility issues.

Absolutely brilliant stay! We will definitely return. The apartment is really homely, a nice size and lovely view. Great to have two bathrooms and an allocated parking space. We had to do some work and the WiFi was really good. Kitchen is well equipped and we could easily cook a few meals with everything we needed. Appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher (along with a few detergent tablets for each). The location is fabulous, and is just a few minutes walk away from the beach and pier, as well as Bournemouth gardens and town centre. Brilliant place for families - just be aware it's at the top of a steep hill, so it might be quite a slog with a buggy / wheelchair or anyone with mobility issues. Although very central, it was lovely and quiet, we had great peaceful nights! We were due to pick up the keys from an office, but in the end collected from a lock box outside because it was a bank holiday. I think this is much better and all worked out smoothly.

These are very minor, on the whole it is a fabulous apartment. I just like to be thorough and pass on a few tips! The bed in the master bedroom is really small, and I am not sure why as there is plenty of space for a bigger bed. The kitchen bin is tiny and there was only one bin bag, so definitely need to take extra bags next time. The blinds throughout are a little tired, and it's worth noting that there is one ceiling height window in the lounge with no blind at all. If anyone is planning to use the sofa bed for extra sleeping space, it would be very bright! The kitchen table is very small. We just about managed for the 4 of us, but you couldn't accommodate visitors or additional guests.

Not that didn’t like, but the back of the sofas mechanism wasn’t working properly especially one side so very backward leaning. Couple of other weeny things - dining table could be a little bigger and instructions on how to use heating system and dishwasher could be clearer/provided. Oh, also key collection a little dodgy given the office location. A box at apartment location would be easier? Apart from that it was excellent and didn’t spoil the break in any way.

I was going to put n/a because we loved everything but being able to leave the keys in a key safe would have been a bonus.

Noisy outside at night and early morning, lots of people and cars passing. Description says it has air conditioning when it doesn’t. Double bed should be a king size and two single bed mattresses need replacing as are old and worn

Excellent location for Bournemouth town centre, central beaches, the pier and the excellent local restaurants. Beautiful views of the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms, en suite shower and bathroom are all very comfortable. The apartments appear to be very well sound-proofed (we certainly couldn't hear any noise from any adjacent apartments). Very nice living room and a generous range of television services (Freeview Plus, Netfix etc) plus a DVD player.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay there.

Light and airy with lovely sea views. Well equipped and a great welcome pack containing teas and coffee. In a great location with seafront and shops only yards away. Extra bonus of having two balconies.

The collection of the keys, which was not helped by the temporary traffic lights right outside the office which made it impossible to stop outside. It would have been useful to have a second set of keys

Clean, Spacious, looks better than the photos. The balcony is the best part of this apartment, the view is incredible. The location of the apartment was perfect, a five to ten minute walk away from the town and only two minutes away from the sea front.

The office were expecting me and so had the keys ready and waiting. Office on a main road and so can be problematic if the two car spaces on front are taken. The facilities in the accomodation were excellent, lovely apartment with access to two balconies a real plus. Location is very central.

The bed in the main bedroom is far too small to comfortably fit two adults, would be much better if the bed was a king or queen size, I think it must be small double so lacking on height and width.

Fantastic sea view and very well appointed. Really modern and clean apartment . Highly recommend. BYO Korean cafe just around the corner which is spot on.

We were two couples and struggled with only one set of keys. Could not find out how to overcome some of the window locks.
