The accommodation was brilliant, and with fine touches. ..and what’s more the house has a coffee maker. very impressed!!

Blankets would have been better seeing that you couldn’t regulate the air conditioner.

most of the beds and pillow’s aren’t very comfortable. we had winter covers on all beds which were too warm for this time of year and inly blankets weren’t enough. i get that it’s hard to find middle point

Close to walking trails and quiet location. Rear garden is very nice.

Many plates/bowls/eating utensils as well as BBQ cooking plate and nearly all pots/pans were dirty. We had to clean everything before we could use them. Inside of oven very dirty from previous food cooking. Baths/sinks in bathrooms are old and stained. The house itself is in general, old and tired - newer objects were placed strategically to hide stains and wear 'n' tear. Random objects and other debris have been left outside and are visible from the house windows and car parking area. There were rat sacks in the kitchen and laundry which suggested a rodent problem. Apologies to the previous guests - I threw out their used female undies I found in the drawers provided in one of the guest bedrooms.

The location is great, close to shops etc , within walking distance but it was raining so we had to drive! The house had everything,looked beautiful and had comfy beds! Also very good at communication as anything I needed ,I just sent a message and the reply was very speedy.

When we got there to get the keys you had to open a gate and get to a lock box! Unfortunately someone had locked the inside of the gate and we had to find something to stand on so that we could work out the problem! Just a little suggestion, in the instructions it says, go to gate and put in code but the code box is inside the gate, so maybe just say to open gate then go in to front door for code box. But otherwise everything was great!

It was so cosy for a winter stay . Only a few minute drive from Katoomba and near a lot of good view points and hikes
