One block away from the beach. Access to the pool it's a great condo and a safe location and the owner Josh is a square and fair guy.

Had a great vacation in Costambar, it is close to the beach, restaurants and local activities. The complex is well maintained and Darwin was excellent at answering all questions and providing anything we needed.

We stayed at this property mid Jan to mid Feb. We absolutely loved it!! It is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants in a quiet part of Costambar. At this location you can be as busy or as laidback as you want. The pool is lovely and the property grounds are well maintained. Darwin made check in a breeze and was able to accommodate a late check out for us! Thank you again! Noah, the owner of the condo was wonderful and communicated with us throughout the booking process answering all our questions promptly. The apartment has everything (and more) than you’ll ever need for a carefree holiday! Highly recommend!!

The apartment is perfect for what we were looking for, My only issue was the manager who had poor communication skills and we had to wait over an hour to get in. He continued to make it our fault for him not being there. I think he needs more training on how to talk to guest. The place was perfect and i would probably stay again making sure that we would not be waiting for such a long time to enter.

Unit was clean, quiet, all the comforts of home, pool was refreshing and well maintained with entrance and exit shower.
Finally sharp cutlery, easily prepared fresh fruits and a blender for my tropical smoothies. Beach chairs was a nice surprise. Will use again!

The owner, Noah, is very responsive and gave me a lot of useful information before arrival. His local contact, Darwin, was great. He set up some trips for me and again, was quick to respond to any request. He made my stay relaxing stress fee. The unit itself has great updates and was very comfortable, with a pool, fast WiFi and only a block from the beach.

The please is adorable. It has everything necessary to live there for as long as one may want. I personally loved the cappuccino machine.
The young man who greeted us was very polite, friendly and informed us of everything pertinent to our stay there.
The pool, the beach, the neighborhood and everyone was just PERFECT!
I highly recommend this location and I will be coming back soon.

A compact condo, near golf course, beach, shops and restaurants, you get what you see in the pictures and what you read in the description. Noah is an excellent host, communicator and helpful even in information unrelated to the condo and Costambar His manager, Darwin, a bright young man, is always willing to help you in any which way you need him.

Location was good and one can easily walk to the beach and other locations like restaurants/bar, one can rent a golf cart to get around so it is good to ask about this option.

Novice snorkeler’s paradise
The condo couldn’t be described more accurately. The only thing missing is that the beach contains snorkeling less than 50 foot offshore. And that snorkeling can be done in 3 to 6 feet of water. So nervous snorkelers and children snorkeling would love this property.
