All ten of us raved about the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. And we had plenty of parking for all the vehicles. Jason was absolutely wonderful. Jason answered all our questions very quickly. Our stay and Jason deserves an A+++

Very easy check in. The townhome is beautiful, smelled very clean in addition to being very clean. Lots of amenities (coffee maker, trash bags, towels, etc). The weather was very hot & we were unable to adjust the smart air conditioner to make it cooler. There were several within our group (including elderly parents) who became nauseated due to not being able to cool the townhouse down. However, we did not want to bother the owners, so we did not contact them in this regard. Recommend placing a chair in each room for those who need to sit. Otherwise, it was a very beautiful place & super clean!! I would definitely look at staying again if they have availability.

The proximity to campus was great. Good area. The house was amazingly clean. Not cluttered with decor. Easy check-in and check-out process. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Location of the property couldn't be better. Walkable to Northgate and campus. It was perfect for our large group for game day weekend. Plenty of space and well equipped with anything you need for your stay.

Very well kept townhome. Definitely has been taken care of and was an awesome option for multiple couples coming into town for a game.

This was a perfect location for easy access to Texas A&M, only .5 miles from northgate. Parking was easy and the home is in execleent condition.

Lovely three-store townhouse with plenty of room for three generations of family members. Comfortable beds and living spaces. All necessary amenities were provided. Enjoyed our stay in CStat celebrating our first generation Aggie graduate.

Very neat home and spacious, we enjoyed the stay. Wonderful decors and comfortably fit the whole group. Only down side we couldn’t grill on site, other than that it was perfect.

The property was clean and had everything you need. There was plenty of space to accommodate our family and both sets of grandparents. Location was great; not far from campus and grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again when visiting our Aggie.

Kyle field, Hurricane Harry’s, Chicken Oil!!Bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. This home is beautifully decorated and the living room furniture is very comfy. It was so nice to have the Keurig for coffee each morning already stocked with assortments of coffee pods and creamer. The balcony for two was a nice place to hang out in the morning and we’ll as the evening. We have found our new favorite place to stay in CS!!
