Room cleaner entered without permission

I liked the view,pool and the room

Pots are too old,the pan was dirty,the fridge🥲

Everything

They where no clean towels in the room

Nothing

The apartment I was supposed to stay in was changed because we're to two people who booked same why did you guys do that I'm not happy I don't think I will ever come back to the place ever

Honestly the property is the nice area, but my honest was not bothered about the service provided. The kitchen was decent but the pots and pans are old and need updating... it has lots of potential

The house was not clean, used condom wrappers. The bed had hair that did not belong to either myself or my partner. Masking smell of the bedroom sheet really was not good... the house needs to be aired out more SA is hot. My worst was the excuses with no WiFi ( that is advertised as free)... I understand that the previous person stole the WiFi router but the host was fully aware of the situation and made little to no effort to resolved it ... until late the following day after being pestered by myself as it affected my ability to get some work done. Fixtures are not monitored, as deterioration is evident without any attempt to address or at least warn the customers pre check in ...... the sofa can use a deep clean ...

Apartment had partially eaten Takeaway food left in room. Stained wine wall on the side of the bed pedestal. Furniture lounge seats needs to be replaced as they are showing age and wearing out. Attempts to get the Wi-Fi password failed despite sending an e mail message request.
